All around great washing machine & very stylish too!

After a year and it is still working great. The WiFi feature is useless and I have never gotten it to work. It simply will not connect to the WiFi as it only supports 2.4ghz access points. My network has both 2.4 and 5 ghz as do most modern WiFi. Also the finish scratches easily.

The washer and dryer came with. Lot of tape/plastic stain that’s very difficult to remove without leaving a mark on it in an attempt to have it Removed

So far I love it. I love the sleek black look. It gets the job done and I have no complaints. I do like the app feature. The app tells me when the cycle is done and it also has a smart diagnostic feature that helps me when there is a problem with the appliance.

I am very pleased with the appearance and the efficiency of this machine. This machine is very similar to the previous machine I had for about 12 years.

This is literally the second exact washer we purchased from Best Buy for our last home and the new one once we moved. It was the first appliance replaced and won't be the last from Best Buy. Great value and excellent service for installation and haul-away of old unit!

What a difference over our old, but still working, dryer. Haven't used the steam feature yet but so far we are pleased with our purchase.

So far, so good. We have not had the machine long, but it the recommended detergent amount is so small, I save $$ there, and I like all of the settings for different kinds of loads.

I feel like clothes just don’t get as clean without the agitator. If you don’t put the water plus option then there just isn’t even enough water to wash. My fist and last washer without the agitator.

Love this washer!!! Gets all laundry much cleaner than my old LG. Haven't used the steam yet, but probably will eventually. This is a great machine, so happy I made the right choice!!!!

i absolutely love my washer. The Iq lets you know on your phone how much time is left, its so cool and convenient if in another room where you can't hear the done bell.

Excellent, efficient, and quiet. Steam setting works great.

Makes a little noice and about ev3 load and we are unsure why. Maybe user ear with it being off balance

Amazing! This thing washes a ton and gets my clothes extremely clean.

We've only had this LG top load washing machine about a month but we are loving it. It has a huge drum so we can wash more close at the same time. It also has a quick wash cycle that we love. If anything changes I'll update this review but as of now we love it.
