    The 1st washer the start button wouldn't work all the time , I had to shut off the washer and start again. Also the detergent trays would not empty . The 2nd washer same issue with detergent trays , I am using a liquid detergent and VERY little so little I'm afraid it wouldn't wash the clothes. The softener I stopped completely because it wouldn't empty. Not to have to miss another day of work I dealt with it at least it started right? Well last night while the clothes were washing it made such a loud grinding noise that wouldn't stop. I shut it off and started it again, but it kept doing it. I had to hand wring towels that were soaked and try to just drain the water. Now I will be awaiting my 3rd washer on Tuesday. The whole reason I got this washer was for the steam feature which my old one had . To use it the minimum time to wash is 2 hours and 22 minutes. the sanitary feature is nearly 3 hours. Who has this kind of time to wash clothes ? This is supposed to be LG's newest model. Its terrible.
