It is good to start with, but as soon as the warranty is expired, the control panel goes bad. LG customer service is unbelievably horrible. The only way I was able to get a one time complementary repair was to yell at the person to get them to actually listen to me instead of repeatedly telling me that it is out of warranty by three months. When the repair company finally came out, the individual was astonished that that was the third machine that day of the same model with a bad control panel all slightly out of warranty. If you think you are spending top dollar to get a good machine, thank twice as it says will suck every dollar out of you.

Saw water leaking in the back. Not sure if the new fittings for which we paid were installed. Need to come back ASAP and fix the leakage. Replace the fittings if not good.
