Worst delivery setup ever

Best Buy should reconsider using a third-party vendor as it tarnishes the image and brand. New washer and dryer got scratched, washer leaked, dryer cord was not sent, still have not been able to use my new appliances.

Wash machine 2022

I kind of don't get how clothes are supposed to get clean when the water doesn't go over the top of the clothes not very efficient. I would never buy another one very dissatisfied.

Great, buttons eventually become unresponsive.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this in 2020, it is very large. A lot of newer homes do not size laundry areas correctly. It washes well, though we only use the normal and speed wash cycles. We no longer have it connected to wifi, just didn't do that much for us besides let us know when a cycle was done. We do have a weird issue I haven't seen any reviews mention. The buttons on these units are all touch, and frequently they become unresponsive. My wife will try 10-15 times to turn it on and she'll ask me to come and push the button and for whatever reason my static electricity is enough to get it to work, sometimes. About once a month we have to unplug the unit, hold the power button and start button for 20 seconds, then plug the unit back in to get it to reset. Sometimes we have to do that trick several times in a row before the buttons become responsive again. Please go back to normal buttons, these touch buttons don't work too well. It's also very easy to dent these, especially the dryers. Would still recommend these compared to what's out there in the market.

I wish it had an option for drain and spin only, especially when we run into the issues with something being too heavy to spin. I had a cheaper washer that did better than this one does.
