Have had this washer only about a month and a half. So far it is working very well. The tub is very large and deep. If you are shorter than 5’5”, you will have difficulty reaching to the bottom to remove items. I would prefer not to have the little musical sounds. My washer and dryer are in the basement and I cannot hear the finished sounds as I could on my old machine which had beeping sounds. I do use the LG Thinq app that lets me know when a load is finished. I was concerned at first when it indicated a Normal load would take 59 minutes, but after a period of sensing the time drops dramatically. It's a great looking machine.

loving the washer. its a little deep if you are shorter but definitely not too bad. larger size but takes up the same space in the laundry room. keeps up with 10 humans and pets with ease. definitely loving it except the app for the phone.

Love our new washing machine. Our clothes get so clean even when we out a large load in. The only thing to keep in mind is if your shorter than 5 ft 2 in. Good luck getting everything out without a step stool.

So far we love it. It's easy to use. Top load washers seem to do a better job of cleaning. Plenty of setting for a small fast load to a large heavy duty w/ extra water load. Installation was easy.

I love it so much because it’s saving me a lot of money that I used to spend for soap and water. ( we pay water based on use in my city) My wife love the ease of use and the cleaning. Impressive and worth the price.

Large capacity and more quiet than you would expect. Takes even large king size comforters. Great pair with matching dryer. We much prefer a top load over front load.

After our old washing machine became too noisy and unreliable we made the big decision to splash out on a new mashing machine. I didn’t have an in-depth knowledge of washing machines but read the Best Buy reviews and compared them with others I found on the web that weren’t behind a paywall. This machine was not cheap but also wasn’t extravagant and it has been nothing short of outstanding. The ease of use from minute one has been fantastic and the very detailed wash cycles along with automatic detection of water required for the wash takes away that decision making process. I was trying to think if there was anything that was simply “ok” but the truth is that I would recommend and repurchase this machine in a heartbeat.

Amazing capacity and really quiet. Simple to use and seems to really do the trick. People with shorter arms might have trouble retrieving all the clothes at the bottom of the drum,

What a difference having a new LARGE washer with no actuator in the middle; you can wash comforters and larger loads which means fewer loads. Quiet machine and the smart technology is great; if the load is out of balance it stops and tells you.

LG has always been a reliable washer for my family and I. This is the third LG unit I’ve bought in my lifetime; one was a gift for my parents and two since getting married. We replaced the old one, which was relatively new and still had more years on it, after we renovated the garage. This model has very efficient functions to save on water and electricity. The normal cycle automatically adjusts the timer according to the wash load. Clothes come out fresh and clean. Would have gotten the black stainless steel model with steam function but it was pricier by almost $200 with tax.

This top load washer adjusts the wash cycle from very small loads to extra large comforter loads. It is very efficient and easy to use. Has wi-fi enabled technology which I have not used .

In short my 5 year old washing machine broke recently due to the overuse of large load capacity (blankets). I am very happy with this new LG washing machine because it supports what my family needs with extra bells and whistles.

Pluses: High efficiency. Cleans great. Quiet. Clothes come out nearly dry; shorter drying times. Huge capacity. Negatives: No users manual; must get on-line which is a real challenge to find on website.

Washes a huge amount of clothes, and with no agitator, does not destroy the clothes. The only negative is it is so deep, you have to be fairly tall to get all the clothes from the bottom, or stand on a stool.

Upgraded from the old old washer..... Yes, I love this new washer! I can wash big size comforters as I checked the reviews, nice and quiet. Let's see how this washer will do next a couple of years.....

This is hands down the best washer I have ever bought or used, I', so pleased with my purchase. This washer has tons of room to hold a lot of clothes and still cleans them perfectly.

After unexplained and uncommunicated cancellation of washer it was finally delivered and installed-product is excellent-operates as advertised-easy and quiet-cleans very well….now waiting for dryer

Quiet and fast cycles, cleans well. Large enough for comforter. Only problem is the default cycle-complete *beep* is very annoying to my wife! The jingle gets stuck in my head…can’t unhear

Its been running great since we got it. It was installed within 10 minutes by the best buy technicians. Takes a lot of clothing at once which we love.

I can’t think of anything that can’t fit in this machine and anything that I could not find a cycle that would work. So easy to use and sleek looking while being a work machine. Great choice.
