It look beautiful and seems easy to use. It is deep and hard to reach down inside, but otherwise, love it.

Ok, so I LOVE this washer. So many features and its very quiet. But the one problem I have is the touch button to start the washer was a little tricky. It would take awhile to me to actually get it started and sometimes I would have to turn the washer off then start again because it just wouldn't start. But overall it's a great product!

We finally decided that it was time to replace our 12 year-old LG front-load washer and dryer. What a difference technology has made over that span of time! This set is quiet, efficient and controllable with an app. The volume of clothes that can be thoroughly washed is fantastic and the overall fit and finish is second to none!

I wanted a large capacity washer and boy is it big. It washes clothes, bedding, king size comforters and rugs really well. I am very happy with my purchase. Still getting to know how it works. A lot of features to choose from. I accidentally lost the melody feature. Talked to a young man in the Philippines and he was a great help. I pressed one button and the melody camy back.

This is a very large capacity machine, probably overkill for just my husband and I. That being said, I wanted a washer I could do my bedding in and this one definitely works. I have washed my king size quilt and down blanket. They came out beautifully.

The washer is much deeper than the old one. It washes efficiently and quietly.

The best feature is how very quiet this unit is. You can barely hear when the water is filling. Spinning is not loud nor does it vibrate the floor. The spin cycle takes more water out of the clothes so dry time is less also. Clothes have been very clean despite the lack of the agitator in the middle. I would definitley recommend this to anyone.

Easy to use and does a good job washing the clothes

Purchased due to high reviews on Consumer Reports. Have owned for about a month and they have absolutely exceeded my expectations. Having the washer and dryer notify you over your network seems kind of dumb but it is actually awesome. No more forgetting my clothes in the washer or dryer. Would highly recommend.

Huge drum, easy to use. Still learning all the things it can do!

My wife and I have really enjoyed this washer. It has a ton of options for cycles, cleans the clothes well, and the phone app is easy to use. Getting it connected to the internet wasn't as easy as it should be, but once we got it connected, we haven't had any issues. Easy to clean the exterior and little kids fingerprints don't show up easily.

This washer is silent on a small load, a little loud when it’s spinning on a he a heavy load. One problem is it’s to deep that o can’t reach to get the bottom clothes even if I lean over and on my tip toes But over all this is a beautiful washer.
