This Samsung washer is amazing. With 9 wash functions, and a steam cleaning feature you may never need to visit a dry cleaner again. Easy to use, top load, with room enough for King size quilt will have you enjoying laundry day

Great capacity. Clothes get clean. However, for someone 5'6", you need an extra device to scoop the clothes out at the end of the cycle, because it is too deep.

We can’t believe how much better this washer is then our last one. It’s easy to use, you can fill it all the way to the top or just put a very small load and the machine knows. Great washing options and a great value.

The 5.5 cubic feet of the washer is huge. An extra large load from my old washer is barely half a load in this washer. My only complaint is from the install. They didn't take my old washer and dryer and I had to make several calls in order for them to pick it up a week later while they sat on my lawn. Also, after 3 weeks of having the washer I realized the installers hooked up the hot and cold water incorrectly.

I love this washer! It washes better than my old set. Many features that I like. Has a deep tub so i bought a short grabber to help get my clothes out. Works great!

I bought this to finally upgrade to an HE washer. Very happy with it up to now. I like not having to guess how big the load is for picking the water level. The washer senses how much laundry is in the tub and adjusts the water amount automatically, only using what is needed. The SmartThinQ WiFi connection is solid. It lets me know using the iPhone app how long before the load ends, and sends me a notification when it is done. And if you have a SmartThinQ connected dryer, it sends a suggested dryer setting based on what was just washed, setting it when you power the dryer on. You can always change the dryer setting if you disagree.

Glad we made this purchase. This is the best washer we've purchased. It's quite, has WiFi capability, well built and extremely sturdy for those heavy and bulky loads.

We replaced our Maytag set with a LG. Excellent machine. Many options depending on what you are washing. Nice deep tub. Can easily hold a large comforter. Nothing but good things to say about our new machine.

i have had all the other brands over the years yes i wash way to much usually 2 loads a day, this model washes a kingsize comforter and sheets and is super quiet compared to others and the price was unbeatable

I am so impressed with updated technology! I literally had to watch the sensing cycle work multiple times, just in awe ... Excellent performance! I am so happy with the tub size and washing options!

This thing is HUGE!!! I have 3 wild boys, so we have a household of 5, with kids constantly running in & out, swimming, getting muddy (you get the picture) I was doing 3 loads or more A DAY!!! Finally our old Maytag washer went out after 10years & Best Buy employee’s were adamant About LG brand washer. Our huge over sized king comforter fits in perfectly, I can wash all my throw pillows, loads of towels & more in ONE wash!!! Instead of like 4. I have no complaints. One odd thing I notice, that my husband doesn’t, is it seems to have sort of a high pitched sound when it’s washing, just enough to where I’m like nope, can’t be in here. Just one of those sounds that I just can’t stand. But so far, I love it!!! I would recommend it for sure!

love this, lots of bells and whistles. Big enough to wash our king size comforter! The only thing if you're under 5'5. You may have a hard time reaching the bottom of the inside to grab all your laundry.:)

Installation was super easy, and the setup was fairly quick too. Read a couple of pages in the manual and we were up & running in just about 20 minutes. Clothes come out very clean and the capacity is very impressive.

Wow, I love this washer! I like that there's no agitator inside and the drum is huge - you can fit a lot in here. Clothes are spun correctly and come out clean every time. Sometimes I have troubles with the control buttons - they are not always intuitive - but the solution to that would be for me to read the instructions! We have been buying all LG products upon purchasing a new home and this washer did not disappoint. This seems to be a top quality washing machine - I hope it lasts.

This is a nice large capacity washer. We went with top loading because of problems we encountered on our previous LG front loading washer (tended to leak at cleaning plug) and don't need the bending to load as we get older. We are still in learning phase with this washer. First load we had detergent residue left on clothes after rinse, but I believe this was due to user error, we didn't use the detergent dispenser. We have not encounted the problem of not enough water for washing that I read about in other reviews of this product, but we still breaking it it. So far everything is good Only negative is that it is a little noiser that I expected

My laundry has never been cleaner. Love the high volume load capacity and the ability to thoroughly sanitize my linens.

I was sick of having to wash Queen and King size comforters outside of my home. That’s no longer a problem. The depth this washer gets is unparalleled. It’s also the quietest washer I’ve ever heard

I’m still learning all the features on both washer and dryer. It’s big enough to handle my king side bed linen and all my blankets. It works great for cleanings my wash. I think it was a little pricey.
