The product is what we wanted, but it may be a little bigger than we needed and the drum is so deep I struggle to get cloths out of it. It is wonderful as far as the sound, as we wanted the quietest Washer at the best price and this did fit the bill perfectly

I received our new washer on Friday. I immediate rinsed it out and started washing all the pillows. We had just moved and everything had been in storage. We certainly wanted to put our head on fresh pillows. It was amazing, no crumples, just fantastic well washed pillows!

We went from a front loader to this top loader. It does a great job getting everything clean. I can fit my large bed cover in it with no problems. When a 15 year old boy notices how clean and fresh the clothes are, you know it works! and I love getting text messages when the load has completed!

I love my washer and dryer. There is so many different settings, for any type of cleaning you need. The thing I love the best is that both are so quiet, I do not have to turn the TV up when they are running.!

I love our new LG WASHING MACHINE. Nice & Big with a lot of extras. We had an older LG washer very similar to this one for 10 years so I wanted the same brand. Our old one was still washing and working fine. We just donated it to someone that did not have a washer.

Easy to use with a vast choice of cycles. The top loading washers really cleans the clothes, and does not have draining problems like our old front loader. Additionally, the option to hit extra water for heavy loads of towels and blankets is a great feature.

Best washer ever! I love how big it is, I can now wash the bedding without trying to make it fit or separating it in loads like our old one. We got the matching dryer as well & I am very pleased with both! I have not tried the app yet but it's a cool feature!

It’s only been a month but so far very happy with this purchase. Washer is silent, it has a sensing feature to distinguish from a small or large load. Vibration is moderate even at the fastest centrifuge speed. Design is also sleek and modern.

Very nice household appliance. I wanted this washing machine for a long time and finally got it after my Kenmore gave up on us. Works perfectly and I’m happy. Looking forward to a long continuous use without failure. This is way I opted for LG.

I've had this washer for a week and it seems to wash well. One of the reasons I bought this is to wash queen size comforters. I think it washes well, but the rinsing doesn't seem to get the soap out--it could be that I'm using too much. One issue I have is that there are no directions, videos, support that tells you how to change the water temperature/settings while on "normal". I just fiddle until I can get the water temperature to change, but haven't been able to figure out a method that works the same way every time. I've tried looking online and many say you can't change the temperature on "normal" but I've been able to. Seems like it shouldn't be that difficult and LG NEEDS to have directions on how to change the settings to get the combination you want when washing.

These have a huge capacity. That said, moving from an old type of washer to something that has a computer running the process is a change. Some combinations (hot water, heavy soil, fast spin, etc.) are tough to put together.

This works great! It is quiet and large so it will hold a large load or small. Comforters and blankets fit easily. The only issue is my wife is not the tallest and has difficulty reaching in to grab clothes out.

Its a good washer however it does not add as much water on a normal load as i would like to. Other than that it has worked well and hold a lot of clothes.

Just got the LG washer. Went through 3 wash loads and was great. I think it was faster than my Whirlpool. Was kind of quiet too. Well, it was just one day. We’ll see how it still goes one month later.

This washer is huge and has so many choices of cycles to pick from. I could easily put in large items like comforters or rugs. Also, the large tub has enabled me to cut down on how many loads I do since I can consolidate my loads into one

We love the washer; it works great. I needed a step stool to reach bottom; but otherwise no worries. Everyone else in the family can reach the bottom.

This high efficiency Smaft Top-Load Washer with Turbo Wash3D is a very good machine. Over the years I have owned several washers and am as satisfied with this one as any I have ever had. It not only works great, I looks great!!

I love how large this Washer is. It is huge. I wish I would have had this when my kids were young, I would have had laundry done so much faster. Blankets , big ones wash in no time at all. and love the little I am done song it plays lol.

Ive had this washer for a few months now and it is wonderful! I enjoy using it and save so much time & water! The capacity is huge I can fit my cery large oversized king comforter. So happy with this washer!!!

We replaced our Kenmore that the drive bearings went out on with this one. While it got good reviews, we were a little underwhelmed at the performance. It gets the job done. Wifi seems a little superfluous and the extra settings through the wifi, we rarely use.
