Very happy with this washer. Has all the options that we need. Capacity meets our needs. Very easy to use. Very similar to our previous LG washer.

Working perfectly. Takes very large loads without a problem. Clothes very clean. Very QUIET! Ours is upstairs on a 1924 original wood floor and cannot hear it running in living room directly below.

First time using LG and everything has been a breeze easy to use and does a phenomenal job on all different types of loads. Installer was a 10!

Love the look and it washes well. It's not totally quite as I was hoping, but much more quite than my older set. Much the to.o load so much better too.

Washer has been great. Way bigger than our previous front load. Relatively quiet and have had zero issues after a month's use. Would buy again.

Excellent washer, very large. Cleans great. Internet connectivity is actually convenient. I thought this was a gimmick, but notifications of completion and communication to set dryer cycle are very nice

This is a great washing machine ! Holds a ton of clothes ! Easy to use and The slow close lid is nice too . No complaints.

I'm coming from what I thought would be a good product in a front loader washer and dryer from Samsung. After each gave up on us within a few years ( we even replaced the drum in the dryer and broke after a few weeks) We decided to give LG a go. And I will say I now have whiter whites and stains remaining from the old washer gone! So far so good after a month of use. Now lets see what the longevity of this product is. Hopefully many, many years of good use.

By far the best washer I've ever owned. The tub is huge. Washes very large loads with ease. Takes time to learn all the fictions. Unless you want steam functions, this is the washer to have.

Just replaced out 10 year old version of this same washer. It was an amazing washer that never once had to be repaired and with 6 kids and 4 dogs we did many loads of laundry a day with it. Only had to replace with a new model due to some rust inside. I hope this newer model is just as great as it’s predecessor. So far we are loving it. It can wash a bit fluffy king comforter without any problems. If you are short be prepared to use a step to get to the bottom. I am 5’1” and I can barely reach on my tiptoes.

Washer runs quietly, gets the job done. Delivery was on time and install had no mistakes. Had to upgrade, units we wanted were out of stock.

if you're looking for a quiet washer, this is the one for you! I'm honestly blown away with how good this is. its ultra quiet and and gets clothes throughly clean!

Loving it so far (about 6 weeks) but wish it came with a manual to learn about all the different cycles. I had two whirlpool cabrio's in 10 years and hated them. This LG one seems much better. I tend to use the bedding cycle because it uses the most water and I like to see the clothes moving freely in the water, its most similar to the old machines that had a fill level option. I have also recently discovered the speed wash cycle, when used with the deep/extra water you can complete a load in 30 minutes. I like the large tub and can easily wash California King size quilts and bedding. Pricey but worth the money.

Our LG washer is great for bigger loads like blankets. The options are great especially adding more water to the bigger loads. It's quiet and performs well.

While I love the large capacity, I am short so I got a non slip step stool. I would buy this washer again, even knowing that at 5’2” my fingers can barely reach the bottom!

Still learning how to use it but it is very quiet compared to my old ones. The tub is also HUGE which is great for a family. Got the unit on sale as I was considering a lesser model at the time.

great washer would recommend. washes well and extract water out of the clothes well. the washer runs very silent and do gives you a musical cheer when finish.
