Great washing machine! Have Tried different types of loads of laundry have had no problems, did the real test with sheets and towels no problem at all stayed on center and very quiet compared to our old machine. Would recommend to anyone.

So far, so good! Appliance is sleek, has many features, and is quiet. No issues so far! The men who came to install our washer and dryer were quick, nice, and efficient.

The machine was very good and performed so well I have a mini messenger before but this is the best Best Buy machine is the best machine ever recommend for everyone to buy for this one

Got it for $849.99 which, I think is a bargain if you can get it for that. Replaced another HE top load washer that was nothing but problems for the last year. Washes clothes great. Much quieter than my last washer. Some loads done in under an hour without sacrificing cleaning quality. Has a “deep” cycle as well as a “water plus” option that will ensure there’s enough water in the machine for those larger loads. Even very large loads seem to clean well and smell fresh. We toyed with a washer purchase for a couple months and looked at a lot of options. Overall, glad we got this one, especially on sale. Also, the Best Buy appliance removal and hookup service was outstanding.

So far so good. The tub is very big, so you might have some trouble if you are short. My mother is 5'2" and needs a pair of tongs to take out the small stuff at the bottom of the tub. Check it out in person first if you are in doubt.

Great purchase. It’s so deep. I’m 5’9 and can barely reach the bottom. Does not shake like the front loader machine it is replacing. A month in and so far so good.

I love the large capacity of this washer and the ability to do small loads as well. It saves water and energy! It is Saturday and attractive. Just be sure to measure how much room you need when you open the top of it just in case you have shelves above it!

I think this washer is excellent. I really like the ease if use and the ability to make custom cycles via the LG ThinQ app. The ability to set up notifications on your phone via the app is helpful as well. Water and Energy efficient.

The washer is huge. Love that there is no agitatior. However, it spins so hard that it may leave wrinkles in some items. Also, wouldn’t recommend putting it on a base. I am 5’5 and I have to stand on my tip toes to get item off bottom.

I purchased both the LG top load washer and the front load dryer. Both appliances are performing well. I am well pleased with my Best Buy purchases.

This is our 2nd LG. Awesome washer and is very easy to use, looks great and washes clothes the best! Best Buy installs them and takes your old one away for a very small fee which is awesome!

Large tin can accommodate large loads of laundry but sometimes I feel like it decides clothes are done washing a little too early for my liking. That being said it is a great machine and I just use the time wash when j have really soiled clothing.

I do a lot of laundry. I needed something bigger and up to the task. The settings are fantastic and allow for the ability to truly custom wash your clothes. I also like the fact the lid locks when you have it going. Great peace if mind.

We are so enjoying our new washer. The clothes gets super clean and the clothes wring out wonderfully. The many cycles are wonderful and useful. I would recommend this product and can attest to the quality of the same.

This unit is a beast, capable of washing massive loads of laundry. I have two dogs, two cats and a dirty backyard they like to roll around in and this keeps everything clean no problems.

This is probably one of the best washers on the market right now. We absolutely love it. We replaced our old LG washer which was about 10 years old with this one and it's made all the difference in the world.

Love this washer. The 5.5 size allows you to wash quilts, blankets and comforters without having to decide whether they will fit or not - plenty of room. Plenty of washing options!

I love this washer. The tub is so large you can wash a comforter with ease. I will say however, if you are short you may have a problem getting the clothes out without a step stool. I am tall so I don’t have a problem.

Washer works well. Installation crew hired by Best Buy was terrible. They refused to install it because the drip pan wasn’t fastened to the floor and they claimed the cold water valve was leaking, which it wasn’t per the plumber I had to pay to inspect it. Second crew Best Buy sent back 2 weeks later to finish the install told me they install washers all the time with drip pans not fastened to the floor. When they turned the washer on they had failed to put the drain hose into the drain so water went everywhere. They mopped up with towels I provided. Hope there’s no mold growing under the washer.

I love the LG washer. It is great when I have my king sized winter comforter when needed. I have not used all the bells and whistles, but so far I have been very happy with my purchase.
