I did install the app on my phone so it's constantly saying I need to tub clean because it gets used so often. Also we've had it now 1yr4days which means it at least made it a whole year so high fives for that! 4 stars because my wife and I are tall and maybe the front load would have been smarter especially when lifting wet towels out of the bottom.

I also noticed that the Enclosure is made with thin and flimsy Steel with is very easy to get dings if you are not careful around them. Additionally, there are some improvements should be made to the LG ThinQ App such as Audible Alarms instead of Silent Notifications or options to fully custom the wash cycles.
