    Good Washer For The Price

So far so good, have had the washer for 60 days now. The manual was easy to read and follow. Easy to operate. The settings are easy to understand. Controls are big enough to see and use. The washer has done what it is supposed to do and that is clean clothes. It is fairly quiet as well and our laundry room is on the 2nd floor.

We love the washer. The prior washer (not LG) was given to us by the contractor. The prior washer, was new, but sounded like rocket ship taking off. The service man said that is the way they sound. The LG is quiet, efficient, handles a large load. I strongly recommend this washer

    Great Washer

Washer is incredibly efficient. The smart sense function does a great job of evaluating the size of the load and adjusts the time accordingly, which saves energy and water. Clothes come out clean, too! The Wifi functionality, though cool, isn't really useful. You have to turn on the washer, program it and then either set a timer, or go into your app to start the cycle. It would make more sense to be able to load your clothes and detergent and then turn your washer on via the app and start the cycle. It was nice to have a load washed and ready for me to transfer to the dryer when I got home, but the washer had to stay on the whole day. Washer is extremely quiet, compared to my previous LG washer. I would recommend purchasing this unit.

    Awesome Washer

Replaced a 20+ year-old whirlpool washer. I didn’t realize how loud my old washer was and how much water it used. This LG washer is super quiet and calibrates each load to determine how much water is appropriate. The washer includes WiFi connectivity but it’s not very useful for me other than alerting me when the cycle is complete. I also think it includes reminders for maintenance and troubleshooting, but I have not had it that long. The spin cycle is mega fast leaving less work for the dryer. It is easy to set up the cycles and I actually look forward to washing clothes now. Lastly, I chose a top loader for less maintenance and decided against front load. I think I made the right decision based on what I was looking for. I definitely recommend this washer, especially if you can catch it on sale.

    Big, Deep, With Favorite Options

This LG washer is big! I knew that when I purchased it. It's exactly what I wanted and I like the options you have to work with, such as adding more water on a particular load. Yes it's high efficiency but if I want a deeper wash with more water I can get it, not so on my other washers. I also like I can set my own spin cycle, low, medium or high on a load. The drum is very deep so shorter people may not be able to reach over top and into the bottom to fetch your damp clothes. I'm 5'10' and I can barely reach the bottom but the advantage is I can now wash my king size comforter! This LG is also quiet compared to previous models I've owned. It has plenty of bells and whistles in which some I won't be using but If I change my mind at least its equipped.

    So far so good

I've only had the machine for a little over a month, but so far so good. There is no agitator in the middle of the tub, so clothes don't get off balance. The machine is quiet especially for the size load it holds. I think this because the tub spins side to side versus a front loader where it spins up and down which caused my floor to vibrate, and ultimately shortened the life of my front loader. I didn't need to read any instructions to figure out how the machine works, it's very easy to use. Although I haven't tried to use the app yet, and probably won't bother. I have exclusively purchased/used front loaders for the last 16 years and I'm so glad I went back to a top loader. If a washer could be beautiful this one is, but beware of fingerprints galore.

We've had this washer for two weeks. So far, we've been very pleased. We chose this particular model because of it's very large capacity, the turbo wash feature and because it's a top load (no more stinky seal from a front load). The washer seems to clean the clothes well. The only issue is how very deep the tub is. I'm 5'7 and my feet are up off the ground when I'm getting little socks off the bottom. There is no way my 8 yo can reach, so if this is your kiddo's chore, you'll need a different model or a different chore. And, if you shorter than 5'7, you'll need stool.

We’ve been through 4 washers, yes FOUR, in a 30 day period. First arrived defective, 2nd didn’t arrive at all, 3rd arrived defective and smelling like it was on fire every time it ran... and that brings me to our 4th washer. Our first ever LG washer (previous models were all from a different company). I may have cried happy tears watching this machine wash my clothes. It is a beast this thing, my clothes are so clean! When it’s done, it sings to you! My only complaint (which really isn’t a complaint at all) is that I fell inside the washer trying to reach the bottom. I may be on the shorter side and this is a deep washer but I don’t even care! I love this washer and I can’t wait to have the matching dryer!

This is the second set I’ve owned. The other was about 10yrs old, when they were replaced. Many options for washer settings, should accommodate any user. The tub is HUGE!! Does a good job washing-cleaning. The steel color is really nice. Top loader is WAY better than the nasty front loaders!! I leave the lid open for a day after I wash, then insert a small sponge Where the lid closes (so it’s left cracked) no problems with smell! Very nice set, I would def buy again!!

Love this machine you can wash a king size comforter with plenty of space in the drum and it is clean when done. Very easy to operate, very little noise when on that I had to check to see if it was moving(big plus my GE sounded like a train coming through the house). The automatic sensing of load size is GREAT takes 27 mins to do a medium load. This the best washer I ever had.

As far as I know, 5.5 is the largest available capacity, and it's worth having. If your family is more than two, having the 5.5 cu ft will save you time. There is a setting for Deep Wash and also one for Bedding; allowing you to easily handle a King comforter, blankets, etc. You have a prewash setting for normal loads if needed. It does not have a Hand Wash/Ultra Delicate setting and I wish it did. However, I've not had issues using the Delicate setting with my hand wash items in a lingerie bag. The only other down side for me is having the detergent dispenser inside the machine vs. on the outside. It's just not as convenient to me, but I'm sure I'll adjust. I've also not used the Wi-Fi enabled feature since I work from home and have no need. When you close the lid, it slowly closes on its own. No slamming lid. Nice. I LOVE this machine and have no regrets. I purchased an LG Dryer in the same Graphite Steel, but chose a model for which I could add a pedestal. I got use to having the storage drawer a pedestal offers and they look just fine side by side.

Pros - great wash load capacity. This machines can almost take double the wash load than my previous machine. - Cloth comes out very clean - Many wash options .. TurboWash function is great Cons - Cannot easily stop the washing machine in middle Incase wrong wash options are selected. I mean there is a work around but can be a pain Overall a great washing machine. I Didi a lot of research before making this purchase . Many folks recommended not to go with Samsung or whirlpool and it is turning out to be true so far. only time will tell.

This washer has a very large tub and it is so quiet when its on. I can wash a king size comforter in this thing. It has a lot of different functions the bedding cycle I use on the sheets and pillow cases and blankets but on the comforter itself I used the I think its called the deep turbo wash? I know it fills the tub up with more water which you will need on a big comforter. I can not say anything bad about this washer. I have only had it for about a month but so far so good. Oh and it is a pretty color too.

I bought this to replace my 20 year old washer. I love the giant capacity. It has cut my laundry loads in half and the time also. It is easy to use and leaves the clothes clean. I like the extra settings for bedding and such. I also love the updated color. Wish I would’ve bought this sooner I have to admit I was a little intimidated by all the buttons but once I used it I was fine.

This is a good washer but I wouldn’t recommend it if u are vertically challenged like I am. I can only reach the bottom if I stretch as far as possible. I’m 5’5” so u might want to take that under consideration because the tub is very big and deep. A little louder than I thought but does a good job.
