The beginning of the spin cycle is exceptionally loud and startling but it always balances itself out so I guess this is normal? Some clothes come out completely twisted and wrinkled no matter how closely I follow the guidance on how to load it. A minor annoyance is that you can’t just turn it on and hit start; you always have to turn the dial even if you want to use the same cycle every time.

Best Washer/Dryer Set We've Owned

Very high quality, stainless inside and plenty of options to wash and dry whatever you need. On the dryer, really like the 2 way door that opens vertically for dropping laundry in from the washer without bending. Also opens horizontally for taking the items out. Wife loves them. Did I say they look great too? Highly recommend this set.

This is the 2nd time we've purchased this model, the first time the buyers of our house wanted it as part of the sale, so when we moved, we bought it again in graphite!
