This washer has new technology which is easy to use and works well. I also purchased the matching dryer which I love as well. With heavier load, I sometimes need to run it a little long than it had programmed but I am happy with my purchase!

This is a really good washing machine. It holds more than the dryer, which is also very good so I have to keep the load smaller than I could if I want to dry all in the dryer. Best Buy provided great help in the selection and was able to deliver in 3 days from purchase.

This is my second time purchasing this washer. I included the first washer purchased when we sold our home. I love all of the functions to choose from, as well as the graphite steel color, and the fact that it's a top load.

We like the big load capacity of this washer and the clear lid. But HUGE problem with no light inside the washer. Our other washer had light that automatically came on when washer lid was opened. This washer has NO light inside at all, automatic or otherwise.

I was very excited when I purchased this washer because all the features it has and its large capacity. However, after I start using it I was very very DISAPPOINTED. It DOESN'T CLEAN the clothes, It ONLY does the job when it is just sweat clothes, Don't buy this washer if you have kids or outside workers as family member. The clothe comes out the same way you put it in just with a better smell. It doesn't take out dirt stains and even thought it has a large capacity it is only design to do a better job on small loads. I thought it came defective and I contact LG support they send someone to check the washer and the technician said everything was ok. He recommended to choose the extra water function and Heavy Soil regardless of the cycle type for a better performance. But everything still the same regardless of following the technician suggestions. The only good thing about this washer is that it doesn't damage the clothe as other washers, if that is your main feature this is the washer for you. If not DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY The only reason I didn't returned it was because my 45 days satisfaction period were past already when I started using. I was doing some renovations in the house and I connect it like 2 months after it was delivered. It is so frustrating, I am so unhappy with this washer. Now I am stuck with an expensive washer that doesn't clean the clothe lol surreal.

Have only had short period of time. Seems to wash ok. Little louder then I expected. Use to have front end loader. Worries me with the lack of water it uses. Life’s been crazy maybe I need to take a moment to read book. Not sure on the recommendation to a friend.

This washing machine is great, the balancing system works incredibly well! When washing bulky blankets this machine can do it with ease! Most of the other machines I have ever owned, would have problems balancing and wound not be able to finish the . cycle without intervention and re-distributing the load

I like the washer, but the guys that came to install it did not clean underneath and left a sock and a pair of shorts behind the washer. I was in the other room and told them if they needed anything I was available. He assured me that he had it covered. Disappointed.

excellent; this replaced my prior LG 5.5 cuft washer. I loved it and it lasted for 11 yrs. 3 kids who did a multiple of sports so lots of washing was done! I can't say enough about LG washer/dryer top loaders

Bought this a few years back. Still works but i feel like in order for it to wash my clothes, i need to always press the add extra water option. Otherwise, seems like clothes are not as clean. On few occasions, it has felt as the washer will jump into the garage. Very jumpy and unballanced. So overall, not thrilled by the smartness of this thing unfortunately

I like the Wifi feature as I know how long is left on the washer and I get a notification on my cell phone when it is completed. The large drum space is also nice as I can do comforters. It also has a feature to download cycles, which adds around 15 more to choose from.

This washer fits a lot of clothes. I really like it!

I’m still getting a hang of all the buttons and features it comes with, but it works great. I really feel like it saves a lot of money and the app it comes with makes it easy to track and learn things about it. No complaints so far

I really have no problem with it at all. Now if u are 5 ft 4 like my wife then like her you just might have issues reaching that one sock stuck at the bottom. This drum is deep. Dont buy a pedestal you will never reach anything. It washes well absolutely perfect for what we need

This washer rusted to the point it was ruining clothing. The tub inside rusted and was sharp leaving rust pieces in every load. LG SUPPORT basically told us too bad, so sad. I'd avoid it unless you want to have to buy a new one in 3 short years.
