Im 5'5 and can't reach all the way to the bottom. This thing takes longer to set up, to calculate the water and to fill than it normally would. I am not hard to please at all and I always end up buying bad review items and I am still happy but this by far was so time consuming and horrible to wash clothes. It took me a full like 5 min to get this thing started and a normal washer you can have the lid open and the water running and you throwing you clothes in at the same time. Not with this one. It locks so you have to put your clothes in first and then the soap, downy, etc. Then you turn it on, select your options and then wait till it fills. Since it does not give out enough water, you always have to select extra water to fill up more but and its still not enough but you can't put more water in. So if you have a large load like me with blankets, it absorbs lots of water and there are spots that the soap didn't reach which I was not happy. The turbo option should be taken out because it does not wash turbo. Turbo should cut the time to 30min but every time you add any additional option at the end for me it was like 1.5 hours. Overall not happy at all, does not wash well, and time consuming. The only thing about this washer for the 2 weeks I had it as it spins so well that its a short drying time and its sleek look.

Posted .We are really sorry that our unit did not meet your expectation.When it comes to the cycles that we will be using it really depends on the type of clothes that your are trying to wash specially for bedding,cotton etc.Our machine has a sensor as well that will check first the weight of the clothes to dispense the correct amount of water since we want to save water but it doesn't mean that it will not wash the clothes properly.We still want to thank you for taking time review this product.We are continuously working to improve the quality of our products and anticipate market demands that drive customer satisfaction.
