We love this washer. We love the fact it’s high efficiency and the drum is large and can fit larger loads of laundry. Its quiet and we really like the top load feature.

I usually stick woth Whirlpool. We were looking at a basic Whirlpool washer, but decided to look at a washer with more features. Sales associate said LG was a good brand. I have some experience with LG,but mostly small electronics. Consistent perfoance so far. I am still not sure about not having an agitator, but our clothes are not that spoiled. My only disappointment at the moment, is not having the abilty to elect and start a cycle from the app. You can start from app, but to select delay buttons on washer before leaving home. The feature is helpful and I expect LG to add thos feature in the future.

This washer replaced one that was much smaller. I love it! Can wash all my towels, or King size comforter, or all my bath mats in a single load. It is quiet, easy to use... did I say I love it?!!!

The washing machine? Exquisite. Quiet, powerful, great price, not a single issue. The delivery? If I could put a negative 5 stars I would. The unit was scheduled to arrive around 4pm. I was informed the day before. This was great! I rearranged my schedule to make this happen. Then, at approximately 745am the day of delivery, we recieved a call from the delivery driver telling (not asking) me they were 15 away from my house. I got ready as fast as I could right as I saw the delivery men bouncing my thousand dollar washing machine down my 500' foot (yes, 500') rough blacktop driveway. Their reasoning was there was not enough room to get their truck down to my house. Mind you, other delivery trucks have made it to my house numerous times with no issues. I pull a long trailer with my truck and have no issues as well. Once they arrived in my garage they asked my name, I verified, they dropped the box off and proceeded to return down the driveway towards their truck. We had to get their attention to get them to open the box and remove the unit. They were very rude, removed the box, and left. Because of the delivery, and only the delivery, the chances of me or my family ordering another appliance from Best Buy is very slim.

I absolutely love this washer. I does a great job a washing our clothes, but honestly, what washer doesn’t do a good job? What makes this great is the WiFi connection. The display gives us all the information we need (MUCH more than our old washer did), but we can also check our phones at any time, to see how close the load is to done; plus we get notifications whenever it actually finishes. Add to that the HUGE load capacity and downloadable wash cycles, and this thing is a dream. (No disclaimers necessary. I don’t work for LG; I don’t get anything for giving a good review. It really is that awesome!)

Very easy to use washer. It is quiet. It is large enough to do King Size bedding. The dryer is also quiet and dries without needing to turn dryer on again as my previous dryer.

We have had this machine less than 4 weeks. First, it is a beautiful machine to look at. It is a bit more complicated to use than my 20 yr old machine it replaced. But with use we have learned. Seems to wash very well. I can add water when I feel it needs more, which I like. The drum is huge. I haven't washed anything large enough to test how well it would clean. It was the highest rated top-washer by Consumer Report, a big decider for me. I haven't used the wifi app yet.

Absolutely wonderful washing!!! Already did about 59 loads. This is my first LG appliance as I had stayed with whirlpool washers for the last 28 years. So far so great! This machine washes clothes very well, much better than the whirlpool cabrios I’ve owned where I used to wash the lighter color loads twice and still wouldn’t get to the same clean as I do now with the LG. I don’t know why I didn’t switch long ago. Easy to use, love the deep water wash feature. I will be buying the matching dryer next.

This is an awesome washer - no stink at all, works great, and can do a TON of laundry at once. And our previous one was a 1980's Maytag, so my standards are very high. My only issues are that it is so deep, at 5'3" I have to stand on my very tippy toes to reach the bottom, and the wifi-based notifications that it is finished only work about 30% of the time. But I would buy it again in a heartbeat! (Ok, well maybe I would go one size down so that I could reach the bottom for easily!)

I was in dire need for a washer as my old one decided to quit. The original one (7800) we ordered was not available so we ordered the 7300. So far the washer is doing a great job and is easy to use. There is a learning curve after only having agitator washers in the past which use a lot of water. It's mesmerizing watching the action through the clear top. The washer is pretty quiet and I like the chimes at the end of the cycle.

This is the second set I’ve owned. The other was about 10yrs old, when they were replaced. Many options for washer settings, should accommodate any user. The tub is HUGE!! Does a good job washing-cleaning. The steel color is really nice. Top loader is WAY better than the nasty front loaders!! I leave the lid open for a day after I wash, then insert a small sponge Where the lid closes (so it’s left cracked) no problems with smell! Very nice set, I would def buy again!!

Love this machine you can wash a king size comforter with plenty of space in the drum and it is clean when done. Very easy to operate, very little noise when on that I had to check to see if it was moving(big plus my GE sounded like a train coming through the house). The automatic sensing of load size is GREAT takes 27 mins to do a medium load. This the best washer I ever had.

As far as I know, 5.5 is the largest available capacity, and it's worth having. If your family is more than two, having the 5.5 cu ft will save you time. There is a setting for Deep Wash and also one for Bedding; allowing you to easily handle a King comforter, blankets, etc. You have a prewash setting for normal loads if needed. It does not have a Hand Wash/Ultra Delicate setting and I wish it did. However, I've not had issues using the Delicate setting with my hand wash items in a lingerie bag. The only other down side for me is having the detergent dispenser inside the machine vs. on the outside. It's just not as convenient to me, but I'm sure I'll adjust. I've also not used the Wi-Fi enabled feature since I work from home and have no need. When you close the lid, it slowly closes on its own. No slamming lid. Nice. I LOVE this machine and have no regrets. I purchased an LG Dryer in the same Graphite Steel, but chose a model for which I could add a pedestal. I got use to having the storage drawer a pedestal offers and they look just fine side by side.

A washer that has my 8 year old doing laundry

I really investigate my purchases by checking reviews, comparing with other brands and etc. I went for this set although pricey it guaranteed the longest life by how it’s built. Unlike most women who purchase appliances color, lights and etc are not on my list. I have a large family so I do laundry everyday to keep it from piling up, I needed a washer and dryer that could carry that demand. And this set does it! So many settings to wash just about anything you wear. And when you forget a load overnight the steam sanitary setting on the dryer removes any musty smells as well as cleans without wasting more water. My 8 year son loves the wonderful noise they make when they are turned on or when they are done. He has been jumping in to help me since my purchase of them. Maybe one day I can retire from laundry and this son will take the task on? One can dream right?
