I was hesitate to purchase L.G. at first, I have had the dryer for only 2 weeks so far... but love it. quiet, lesser vibration, many options, good looking. The tub is so big on this that I can put 5 sets of sheets in one load, with clean results. so far, would say, highly recommend.

I bought this to fit my super fluffy king size comforter and it fits great! I did not need to "stuff it in" at all. The washer performance is also great and is quiet. Since my washer and dryer are in the basement I also enjoy that the LG thin Q app tells me when the wash cycle is complete right on my phone.

LG has been our go to product for a while now. We replaced our 11 year old front loader set that was still in good condition. Needed a larger drum for our king blankets. I was tired of going to the laundromat. It washes fast and my clothes feel and smell cleaner

Excellent washer, large capacity and super quiet (it was installed in the second floor, close to the bedrooms). I like the variety of programs, it makes it very versatile. I am not a fan of the top loads because they do not balance well, but I do not have the problem with this LG.

I wasn't sure about this washing machine when I first started using it. The key is using all the different settings the right way. Don't use the normal setting if you have a large load. Works fine for small or medium loads. Use deep wash for large or bigger loads. I find that pods work better than liquid detergent. Use 2 for large and more if you fill it to capacity. This machine can hold a lot. Print out what the different settings are used for and put it next to the washer. This helps others figure out how to use it. It's not hard once you get used to it. Overall it cleans very well and I'm happy with it.

I love my washer. The drum is gigantic. It’s a quiet wash and clothes are clean. I haven’t purchased a washer and dryer since separating from the military as a spouse. I love LG. And to top it off the bell tones are so cute signaling wash or dryer is compete

This is the best washer we have ever owned. We have always had Whirpool until now. This washer is so quiet, you can barely hear it running. The cycles are a little long but the clothes come out clean and there is plenty of water even without adding the extra rinse. We have only been using for a week, but so far no complaints.

love this washer! we upgraded from a 4.7 CU Whirlpool we used to have issues on tumble and unstable with larger loads but no longer! we put in a kings size comforter and it performed amazing no malfunctions, balancing issues it was great! love the adjustable settings too.

This washer is amazing. I was looking for something that was bigger that could handle a large load of jeans or my bedding and this washer easily handles either of those jobs! It cleans every load large or small the same. It’s been the best washer I’ve owned so far.

One of the largest capacity washer models you can find on the market. It comes with stainless tub that will never rust. It has WIFI function which supports remote start and control from Alexa echo devices. Anti-vibration design makes the washing cycles smooth and quiet.

This is a massive washer. In fact, it is so big, that I have actually need to purchase a step stool so that I can reach the clothes in the bottom of the washer. The run time on the washes are significantly longer than my front loading Samsung. I’ve had to adjust my expectation of how long it takes me to get laundry done.

Had this washer about a month and a half. Works very good. Clothes seem to come clean. The drum is very large and can fit a lot of clothes. The phone app was a little tricky to get working, but finally got it working and all is good.

I love my LG - 5.5 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Smart Top-Load Washer with Turbo Wash 3D Technology. It is very easy to operate and also is very quiet during operation. I am so glad I chose to get the Graphite steel color.

We needed a new washer/dryer set to replace an older GE set. After going round and round with reviews and consumer reports, we finally decided on this LG model for our washer. So far, we are not disappointed. Clothes are washed much faster and more efficiently. Stains that were baked in from last washer have been successfully cleaned away with this one. The bin size makes it easier to keep up with multiple kids’ loads. While I was not looking for any “smart” features in a washer, they have added a nice convenience in that I know exactly when the load needs changed over or if there is an issue. Delivery team used by Best Buy were top notch with being on time and friendly during install. They answered all questions and were able to address issues with the additional gas dryer with the order.

Very please with the LG - 5.5 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Smart Top-Load Washer. Extremely large capacity that easily holds my bedding, comforters and all. Super quiet. Did i mention, it looks very handsome with the Graphite Steel finish as well!

Good Washer. I bought this washer February , 2021. I have been using the washing machine in my family for 1 month. There is no sound and running very smooth. The cloths are clean. Price is also very good . Hope it will give me good service in future.

LOVE LOVE LOVE my new washer! I upgraded from my older GE Profile top loader which I got at least 10 years out of so it wasn't a total waste. But this one is so much larger inside--that alone makes this washer great! The controls are very easy to navigate. I don't think I have any negatives about this machine so far. I did buy the extended warranty because I always buy them for large appliances but hopefully I wont need it. People have commented that if you're short, it's hard to reach the bottom when emptying...but I'm 5'3" and can reach the bottom just by getting on my toes and that's with no shoes on. I was afraid I might need a step stool but it's not an issue for me.

The washer has exceeded my exceptions. It is quiet, cleans as expected and looks really nice, glad I choose the Graphite Steele instead of the usual white. Getting the washer on sale was a big bonus.

This washer is SO BIG and holds a massive amount of clothes, towels, and even multiple of my biggest blankets. I like the soft sound it makes when the cycle is complete. The color is nice and every load comes out pefect.

So far so good! We've had it about a month now and everyone loves it. huge tub and it auto senses load size for the water amount. Great feature. Best of all, it plays you a little tune when it is done, Fantastic!
