So far I've been loving how well it cleans clothes. The available washing options and wi-fi notifications via the LG ThinQ app are incredibly useful. The washing cycles themselves arelatively noiseless. Seeing previous reviews I make sure to clean any spilled bleach right away. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is due to two reasons. 1. It's incredibly loud during the spin cycle. *Not caused by imbalanced loads or uneven footing. It just seems like the "washer barrel" itself is beating the back panel. I've had to take a few trips to make sure the washing machine was alright when it was spinning. 2. Unable to open the washing machine while it's adding water. *It's a feature older models have. Once you close the lid on this washer, it's locked for good - unless you pause the cycle to open it, which stops any water addition. Overall, I recommend it.

So far we love it. It's easy to use. Top load washers seem to do a better job of cleaning. Plenty of setting for a small fast load to a large heavy duty w/ extra water load. Installation was easy.

The drum is massive and that's a good thing. It's not easy for my wife to reach the bottom of it, however. She makes do though. The WiFi feature is pretty good. Setup is a little wonky. Clothes come out nice and clean!! I'm glad to be done with those stinky front loaders.

So the volume is great, can wash a king size comforter, and I like the glass top. As long as you have enough individual items in it, it does a pretty good job of balancing the load. But it still does the thump, thump, thump when spinning until it figures out how fast it can spin the current load. Things I don't like; It does not do a great job of cleaning on cold. The button response is not great, I always wind up looping around the menus because of the delay in response. I do not like any of the pre programed functions and to setup a custom profile, you need to connect it to your phone, and that's not happening so the buttons will continue to be pushed a lot. I just hope they holed up. Recommendations: plug it into a surge protector power strip to help protect the electronics in it.

Large capacity and more quiet than you would expect. Takes even large king size comforters. Great pair with matching dryer. We much prefer a top load over front load.

What a difference having a new LARGE washer with no actuator in the middle; you can wash comforters and larger loads which means fewer loads. Quiet machine and the smart technology is great; if the load is out of balance it stops and tells you.

This is hands down the best washer I have ever bought or used, I', so pleased with my purchase. This washer has tons of room to hold a lot of clothes and still cleans them perfectly.

After unexplained and uncommunicated cancellation of washer it was finally delivered and installed-product is excellent-operates as advertised-easy and quiet-cleans very well….now waiting for dryer

This Samsung washer is amazing. With 9 wash functions, and a steam cleaning feature you may never need to visit a dry cleaner again. Easy to use, top load, with room enough for King size quilt will have you enjoying laundry day

The 5.5 cubic feet of the washer is huge. An extra large load from my old washer is barely half a load in this washer. My only complaint is from the install. They didn't take my old washer and dryer and I had to make several calls in order for them to pick it up a week later while they sat on my lawn. Also, after 3 weeks of having the washer I realized the installers hooked up the hot and cold water incorrectly.

We can’t believe how much better this washer is then our last one. It’s easy to use, you can fill it all the way to the top or just put a very small load and the machine knows. Great washing options and a great value.

Amazing capacity and really quiet. Simple to use and seems to really do the trick. People with shorter arms might have trouble retrieving all the clothes at the bottom of the drum,

We replaced our Maytag set with a LG. Excellent machine. Many options depending on what you are washing. Nice deep tub. Can easily hold a large comforter. Nothing but good things to say about our new machine.

This thing is HUGE!!! I have 3 wild boys, so we have a household of 5, with kids constantly running in & out, swimming, getting muddy (you get the picture) I was doing 3 loads or more A DAY!!! Finally our old Maytag washer went out after 10years & Best Buy employee’s were adamant About LG brand washer. Our huge over sized king comforter fits in perfectly, I can wash all my throw pillows, loads of towels & more in ONE wash!!! Instead of like 4. I have no complaints. One odd thing I notice, that my husband doesn’t, is it seems to have sort of a high pitched sound when it’s washing, just enough to where I’m like nope, can’t be in here. Just one of those sounds that I just can’t stand. But so far, I love it!!! I would recommend it for sure!

love this, lots of bells and whistles. Big enough to wash our king size comforter! The only thing if you're under 5'5. You may have a hard time reaching the bottom of the inside to grab all your laundry.:)

Installation was super easy, and the setup was fairly quick too. Read a couple of pages in the manual and we were up & running in just about 20 minutes. Clothes come out very clean and the capacity is very impressive.

I’m still learning all the features on both washer and dryer. It’s big enough to handle my king side bed linen and all my blankets. It works great for cleanings my wash. I think it was a little pricey.

Working perfectly. Takes very large loads without a problem. Clothes very clean. Very QUIET! Ours is upstairs on a 1924 original wood floor and cannot hear it running in living room directly below.

Very happy with this washer. Has all the options that we need. Capacity meets our needs. Very easy to use. Very similar to our previous LG washer.

Love the look and it washes well. It's not totally quite as I was hoping, but much more quite than my older set. Much the to.o load so much better too.
