This is a great washing machine ! Holds a ton of clothes ! Easy to use and The slow close lid is nice too . No complaints.

This is a nice large capacity washer. We went with top loading because of problems we encountered on our previous LG front loading washer (tended to leak at cleaning plug) and don't need the bending to load as we get older. We are still in learning phase with this washer. First load we had detergent residue left on clothes after rinse, but I believe this was due to user error, we didn't use the detergent dispenser. We have not encounted the problem of not enough water for washing that I read about in other reviews of this product, but we still breaking it it. So far everything is good Only negative is that it is a little noiser that I expected

Just replaced out 10 year old version of this same washer. It was an amazing washer that never once had to be repaired and with 6 kids and 4 dogs we did many loads of laundry a day with it. Only had to replace with a new model due to some rust inside. I hope this newer model is just as great as it’s predecessor. So far we are loving it. It can wash a bit fluffy king comforter without any problems. If you are short be prepared to use a step to get to the bottom. I am 5’1” and I can barely reach on my tiptoes.

Washer runs quietly, gets the job done. Delivery was on time and install had no mistakes. Had to upgrade, units we wanted were out of stock.

Very happy with the washer so far (had for about a month). Lots of features (probably won't use most of them), pretty quiet, and delivery was great (thanks guys!).

if you're looking for a quiet washer, this is the one for you! I'm honestly blown away with how good this is. its ultra quiet and and gets clothes throughly clean!

Still learning how to use it but it is very quiet compared to my old ones. The tub is also HUGE which is great for a family. Got the unit on sale as I was considering a lesser model at the time.

Excellent all around top loading washer. Multiple washing options. Easy to use and a good looking unit. Plenty of space for all your clothes. No issues so far.

great washer would recommend. washes well and extract water out of the clothes well. the washer runs very silent and do gives you a musical cheer when finish.

Large capacity washer. It is easy to clean. The only drawback is if you are not tall enough, the washer is deep for any short person to reach.

I'm coming from what I thought would be a good product in a front loader washer and dryer from Samsung. After each gave up on us within a few years ( we even replaced the drum in the dryer and broke after a few weeks) We decided to give LG a go. And I will say I now have whiter whites and stains remaining from the old washer gone! So far so good after a month of use. Now lets see what the longevity of this product is. Hopefully many, many years of good use.

So far an excellent quality product, washes quickly and efficiently and alot less noises then my old set.

I switched from Whirlpool to LG, so glad that I did. The top load is 100 times better than the front load. Very quiet too.

We’ve had our LG washer and dryer now for about 5 months. These are amazing, well worth the price! They do a nice clean, you can connect them to delay wash, and clothes are cleaned very well. My *only* complaint is that it is a deep tub. But! We purchased one of the largest home capacity washers out there, so that’s not unexpected. We just spin the tub to reach if needed. Best Buy also completed the install of our washer and dryer. The installers were clean and efficient and respectful of social distancing and personal space (installed during COVID). Excellent job!

Excellent washer! Works great! It is deep so make sure you can reach the bottom. I’m 5’7” and just barley reach the bottom.

Excellent washer. Love the volume size, to allow large items to be cleaned well. Seems well made, easy to use and attractive.

This washer is fantastic! So many options! And my wash comes out exactly as I expected, clean and washed just as I set the option. Very quiet too!! Makes laundry day so easy!
