The biggest darn tub ever. Quiet, no vibration, easy to use. We think we got more bang for our buck,

I went from a 15 year old whirlpool with an agitator, to this one, So the less water is a big plus and the large tub is just awesome. I like how it senses how much water to use instead of just filling up to a preset “low medium high” level of yesteryear. The “I’m done” buzzer is pleasant. The app alerts are expected. It’s basically a computer that washes your clothes well. Red Wine on 8 white table cloths was my first 4 washes on oxisanitize cycle and they came out on the first wash. Other machines could have been doing this already, but I’m late to the game. You can download special cycles to the machine through the app, but only one at a time. You will watch it wash the cloths at least for the first week if this is your first see through door machine. You just throw your clothes in loosely and close the door with you pod a fabric softener, and press play. So, yeah you’re gonna watch to see what is going on, because when you hear that lock sound, you are just helpless watching hoping everything go well, and it does!!!

We replaced our 10+ year old Kenmore since its bearing was going out and couldn't be happier so far. The capacity is much larger (easily holds a comforter), and cleans well so far. The bedding mode does a good job of not getting out of balance (much better than our old washer), and the glass top is nice to actually see the wash cycles.

LG top loading washer has been easy to use and does a great job. First top loader I’ve had in 12 years. Only draw back is I am short and I got the large capacity washer. Have to stand on tiptoes to reach things on the very bottom of the washer. We had an LG before and it ran well for over 12years so stuck with them after reading Consumer Reports. So far so good.

Love this washer! I got it because it was one of the largest cubic feet washers they make for one compartment. The washer compartment is huge and it has no spiral down the middle like most top load washers so it’s just tons of space for clothes and comforters. I’ve yet to get it filled much more then halfway and we are a house full of 5 people. This washer is great I would highly recommend it if you have a big family!

I read so many positive and some negative reviews so I had my doubts on this machine. I made the leap and purchased the washer and dryer. I’ve never EVER been so excited to do laundry. I look for things to wash even when they are not dirty. My clothes smell so fresh and clean. My black shirts haven’t faded from washing like they did in my GE washer. The drum is huge and I love love not having an agitator. Best decision I’ve made!

Really great washer, however I didn't realize washer was so large and deep inside. Machine is very spacious and ample room for washing comforters or large size bedding items. I actually need a foot stool to get my clothing out. Very quiet wash cycles and notification when machine is finish cycle.

The tub on this washer is huge. I now have to keep a step stool in the laundry room to reach the bottom of the tub!. I love this machine...it's quiet, beautiful, and efficient. I find that I use much less detergent than I used to. I haven't connected it to my internet as yet and probably won't, but having the capability is intriguing.

Huge capacity. Much different from my front loader. Need a stool to reach the bottom of the tub! Clothes seem cleaner too. My only complaint is I notice that some of my stretchy dark clothes seem to have fuzz on them from the lighter weight fabrics. This usually comes off in the dryer, but I hang some of them so the fuzz is visible. I will have to adjust my fabric types for this.

Only three of us in the house but we have a lot of laundry! I can’t believe how much can be done in one load and still come out clean! The is quite and the connection to Wi-Fi tells us when the loads are done. No more forgotten loads in the washer that need to be redone. I had a front load washer but it would just get dirty and smell on the inside. This and the matching dryer are some of the best investments I have made this year.

This washer does a great job with lots of options. It holds double the amount of items than my previous washing machine. The only disadvantage is that the tub is so deep that I have trouble reaching in to get all the wash. But I understand most, if not all, new washing machines are like that.

This has to be one of the best washers we have owned. We bought a front load LG washer many years ago and it worked but the drum got moldy dirty and had to take apart many times to clean out the mold etc. This washer runs just like one with agitator yet is completely HE washer. Uses less water and cycles are no different than a top load with agitator. We had nothing but issues with clothes getting knotted up and strings from sweat pants etc.. get tied up in agitator and it was wrecking or clothes. This washer will never have this problem as it is just a big drum where the drum sides spins one way and the bottom spins opposite direction. the clothes just scrubs against each other and keeps it from getting ruined. We bought LG dryer that for this washer 2 years ago and wish i would have bought this washer too at that time. you will not be disappointed.

We have had our washing machine for about two weeks and have been very happy with how it washes our clothes and how quiet it is compared to our old washing machine. Washes our clothes very well. I love everything about my washer. It has great features from the energy efficient to the Wi-Fi. Its easy to use and very quiet.

Honestly I would give this 4 1/2 stars if I could. I started to go with 4 stars but I wouldn't want to stop someone from buying this. I still think this is the best we could have gotten. What I like: it's got a huge capacity and that is what we were looking for the most so definitely 5 stars for that. It can easily hold a king size comforter. The detergent and fabric softener dispenser tells you exactly how much to use and I LOVE that. 5 stars for that. Too much detergent can easily break these HE washers. Been there, done that. There are plenty of wash settings. What I don't like: it doesn't do as well with really small loads. It does unbalance easily with those. It's not loud but it's not really quiet either. When I washed a comforter for the first time it left a lot of water in the bottom. Not sure what the issue was with that. It didn't do that the next time. We've only had this about a month but so far I am pleased with this purchase.

We had to replace a similar LG washing machine that we purchased back in 2012. We had two issues with our older washing machine so we decided to replace our old one with this model. It does have a larger drum, but it doesn't seem to be as quiet as our older LG washing machine. Otherwise, so far it has been doing a good job in cleaning our clothes. With a grandchild that we see every day, it is nice to have the larger drum.

I absolutely love This washing machine!! It is pretty deep so if you are short you will need a stool to reach the bottom, other than that my laundry comes out super clean and fresh smelling! I also love having it connected to my phone so I know when the load is done

This is my second LG Washer. I like this washer because it can wash a king comforter and sheets at one time. It has all the bells and whistles, and you don't need a tech degree to understand how to use it. Only drawback, I am only 5'3'', I cant reach things on the bottom. Good thing I have a grabber!
