This machine is relatively new but so far it’s great. It was recommended by consumer reports and that is one of the reasons I purchased it. Love the large tub size- so easy to do large bulky items. Easy to operate and many cycles to choose from. My first LG appliance so I hope it proves to be worthy of the recommendation.

I absolutely love my new LG washer and dryer. I had a 20 year old set and they served my family well. New washer cleans better, washes faster and I can do much bigger loads which saves times. No longer worried about big loads of towels. Once I got used to all the fancy controls, I was good to go. The set up guys from Best Buy were great! Delivery process was smooth and efficient.

This washing machine beat our expectations. This cleans our clothes thoroughly and distributes the detergent well. The drum is huge and can wash a queen sheet set and only be about half full. Of tour are vertically challenged you will need a step stool. Some members of my household can’t reach the bottoms of the drum.

This washer has a huge capacity. Feel like I may fall in when I am unloading it. Better get a step stool if you are short! But this washer does do a great job! You can also pause it if you have forgotten something. I have not used all of the settings yet, but so far so good!

The washer is working well, its custom error codes are simple and helpful, controlling the wash has never been so easy. The capacity of this washer is much better than our similarly sized washer but without the agitator the unit is able to hold so much more. The Turbo wash technology is great and working as advertised. We setup this washer ourselves as the corona virus was going on. The setup was simple and we had no issues, but be sure to buy the fill hoses as none come with the unit. We chose braided steel 6 ft hoses and they work great.

This LG Washer replaced a Whirlpool washer after 8 years. We found the LG to be a very good product and so far it is doing a great job with washing our cloths and linens. It is easier to use and the timing feature is great it displays how long the wash will last before itis done. It is a great washer and quiet.

Hands down the best washer I've ever owned!! We recently relocated from NC to FL and had to leave my beloved washer & dryer as part of the sale of our home. I've heard great reviews about this LG washer and haven't been disappointed. The machine is quiet and does an amazing job! Well worth it in my opinion!

This washer is fantastic. It was purchased because previous washer left stains on clothes. This one has cleaned clothes perfectly. Washer adjusts time based on load-size, so don 't panic at the original wash times displayed. It's fairly quiet, but we have it in a separate room where door can be closed. Overall, thrilled with the purchase.

We love our new washer! The saleswoman that helped up was great! I have forgotten her name but she told us pros and cons of many of the washers/dryers we were looking to buy and it helped that she had experience with the ones we were looking at. Overall, a great buying experience, and we are very satisfied with our purchase.

I bought this after leaving a front loading LG washing machine behind in a house I sold. I bought the top loading version because it has a larger capacity. I love this washing machine! The capacity is exactly as large as advertised and it works really well. Definitely a great purchase!

"The BEST" LG is my go to and again no disappointment here. The washer works great, it is easy to operate but not one for a short person. This is very deep washer, handles kings size comforter without problems however because it is very deep small loads at the bottom are not easily reached.

We purchased this model to replace a older lg washer. This one is quiet and holds a large load. My favorite feature is the app that lets me know with a glance how much time is left and it's reminder for tub cleaning. I wish it had a towel setting like my previous model. The dryer does. But all in all i feel good about our purchase.

Easy to use, quiet, and large enough to wash a king size comforter

We researched many models as a replacement for a another brand that was going to be expensive to repair with no guarantee of extending the life. Other brands and suppliers could not match the delivery time of Best Buy, stating it would be up to six weeks. The size of those units was also a limiting factor in handling bedding and a busy household. This unit from Best Buy was recommended by CR, so we went with it. The unit arrived in 2-3 days, installation was quick and uneventful, new hoses were installed, and care was taken to ensure no damage occurred to the house interior. The size of the stainless steel tub, and options available are perfect, and the helpful load balance sensing and attempts to auto-balance are most helpful. Ordering online was simple and we received a promotional discount as well.

So far this Maxine has been excellent. It’s huge. I’ve been able to wash pillows and a down comforter queen sized in it with plenty of room. It cleans well. It has more options than I’ll ever use. I bought it to replace a 28 year old Maytag. I was shown how to clean water line connectors once a year for it by the installers.

Great washing machine! Nice that it’s large capacity, it can wash my quilts. HE is new to us, and the first time we ran it my husband thought that water wasn’t going into the drum! Cleans well. I love being able to see into the drum from the top, and that you put the detergent into a holder.

I am so happy with my purchase! The tub on this machine is HUGE! My old machine was 20 years old and had the center agitator. This new one holds so many clothes and bedding and beach towels! This was a great purchase AND it went on sale a few days after it was installed and Best Buy refunded $321!!! :-)

Great Machine I'm able to wash my blankets rugs, don't have to wait to add fabric softener, put it in beginning of wash laundry comes out cleaner, fresher, it does it's Job, easy put it on cycle, and let it go, easy to read, less buttons to push great Machine definitely will recommend it Family & Friends, all in one Love it
