Great washer and huge load capacity. We are very happy and would certainly recommend.

I really like the machine but I still think it would work better with a center agitator. Also, the tub is very deep, my wife is on the short side and needs a stool to get the clothes out. When the extra water option is used, it seems the clothes agitate much better then when low. Buying online does have some pitfalls.

We love it. Very large. Easy to operate. Very good cleaning results. Can't ask for more.

At first i was a little concern of some of the mild noises it made, but i have since been made aware that they are normal. This is a beautiful washer, which replaced my previous LG from about 10 years ago. It has an even bigger tub which cuts down on my time as i can fit a lot in. I really like this unit. I am a little puzzled on the remote phone ap and why and if you must use it through the phone should you set that up.

This is the updated version of the LG large capacity washer LG has made for years. Had one of the previous versions that still works perfectly and bought this one when we moved to a new home. Love the ability to customize settings and isolate stages of the wash cycle. The large open wash barrel is perfect for large comforters and quilts. No need for laundromats or cleaners!

It look beautiful and seems easy to use. It is deep and hard to reach down inside, but otherwise, love it.

Ok, so I LOVE this washer. So many features and its very quiet. But the one problem I have is the touch button to start the washer was a little tricky. It would take awhile to me to actually get it started and sometimes I would have to turn the washer off then start again because it just wouldn't start. But overall it's a great product!

This machine is great. It's much larger than my previous front loader, so I can fit a lot more in one load. Additionally it's still an HE washer- which means as little water needed as possible. However I'm still confused as to why a washing machine would need WiFi. Seems unnecessary (and another thing that can break down the road to force repairs/replacements)
