Works great. What you'd expect from LG. Easy to use, gets clothes very clean

Well designed with a large capacity. Easy to use with several selection to handle any size and type of loads.

The washer can accommodate full range of garments and bedding. The gentle cycle does treat items gentle. I no longer need to hand wash these items. On the down side the print information regarding the numerous cycles is sparse, and for some cycles is missing. That said the information is available on line. The washer can be controlled via smartphone. I have no interest in this functionality so I didn’t activate it.

This is by far the most efficient washing machine for my family of 4 boys who are all involved in various sports and dirt of all kinds! My wash time is cut in half with the sensor. Machine also stays cleaner than previous high end Samsung models. I am equally happy with my dryer I purchased a year earlier.

So far this is a really nice washer. I was skeptical about not having a traditional agitator, but it manages to do the job. I think I could fit my old washer into the tub of this one. Cavernous. Lots of wash options, and there will be a learning curve. Loading properly is a tad tricky but you'll adapt. You will have to download several pages of instructions from the LG website if you want the full picture.

The washer has a big drum and can hold big comforters. I love this machine because it is very quiet.

It washes clothes. It does a good job at that, and, as a bonus, it plays a happy little tune when it's done. Apparently it can also hook up to your phone via an app, but I haven't done that yet. Make sure to read the manual to know how to run the test program to make sure everything is working. You'd think they'd put that in a quick start guide, but nope.

This is a fantastic washer! I was concerned that the newer models didn’t clean as well but the technology built into this washer is amazing. You select from various options and the machine does the rest. No more adjusting for the size of the load, the machine sets levels by actually weighing and measuring the size of your load. You can make adjustments but I’ve never had a need to.

The washer is much deeper than the old one. It washes efficiently and quietly.
