So far so good. Loving it over our Samsung front loader. A little trouble with delivery and removal of old washer/dryer. Best Buy never came back to remove the old set, but luckily, we had a family want it and pick it up for themselves.

If you have a large family, this is the washer for you. Can fit almost twice as many clothes in this over my old washer. Make sure to get the front loading matching dryer, to fit all the extra wash. No problem loading king size comforters in this,

Still learning with this. Very large tub. Pretty happy with it. One down fall is water fills the detergent compartments and doesn't drain out well...so I have to remember to manually pull out dispenser and tip tray or water just sits in it.

I love my new washer ... I’ve had it for 2 weeks... it holds a lot and can handle my queen size plush comforter... my learning curve has been that it takes a lot less detergent than my old machine. It also doesn’t waste a lot of water. Great machine and also love my LG dryer that I have had for four years.

Excellent washer, gets the job done. Quiet and efficient

I just love it! Is exactly what I wanted. Very quiet, my only problem is that because this washer is a top load and I am only 5.1 high it is hard for me to get my washed clothing from the botton. I originally wanted a front load but I have no space in my laundry room. Other than that is the perfect washer machine.

I have had this one month and so far so good! It is quiet and has a pleasant alarm at the end of the cycle. I wash quite a lot of bulky items and it does and above average job. My last washer was 20 years old so I appreciate the large tub and choices of cycles. I would buy it again.

Is a good looking machine , do the job! Is very deep, is hard for me to take the clothes out I have to use kitchen tongs to pull it out, I’m 5’ 4 “ tall. I need to wash very bulky bedding and is perfect for that.

Besides it leaking the very first time I used it I have no complaints. I never had to call Best Buy to fix it bc it didn’t happen again but very strange. I love that it’s large enough to wash all my king size bedding at once. Also love all the different settings according to type of load I’m washing

The washer is better then the last model. Where you pour the bleach, there is a plastice holder. On my last one in was one piece and it rusted out. Worked perfect but had to toss it just for that. Anyway they made that improvement. Very quit machine....Very. so far....its a good buy...

So much clothes fit in this thing plus the amount of settings available make it so not only do I get more laundry done in less time, it has more efficient energy and water use than my previous washer. Super happy and continues my family’s trend of enjoying our LG appliances.

Fits great in our laundry room and works great so far

Easy installation and run very quiet. Run a load empty (but on Hot setting) the first time as there is some residue lubricant in drum that needs to be cleaned out.

Our old front load washer was too small for king size comforters and when it finally broke, we did a LOT of research and narrowed it down to this LG Top Loader. LG has the highest customer satisfaction rating and best repair history so we have high hopes from that perspective. We also hope that the machine will not get the odor that the front loader did. That said.......we have had this machine for about a month and are glad we made the purchase.

At 5.5 Cu Ft, it is one of the biggest washers available. So be prepared to bend the back to pick socks and small clothes at the bottom of the washer. Need to figure out how to add more clothes when the display says so. Otherwise the controls are intuitive and the appliance does the job.

Excellent washer. I am 5 foot 6 and it's a bit struggle to reach the bottom. My wife has neck issues and she can't use this washer at al. That's ok as long as I am here to help. No complaints about wash quality that's what we bought the washer for.

The product is what we wanted, but it may be a little bigger than we needed and the drum is so deep I struggle to get cloths out of it. It is wonderful as far as the sound, as we wanted the quietest Washer at the best price and this did fit the bill perfectly

Love the new washing machine. This new appliance is replacing the original that came with the house, and the large capacity drum allows you wash large items like the bed comforter without having to use a laundromat. You can also connect your smartphone to get alerts, and usage reports.

This top-loader has plenty of capacity for king-sized bedding. It senses load size and adjusts water levels accordingly. It does not use a center agitator bar, but you can watch through the clear top and see how it gets things clean. My only complaint: it is a bit noisier than my last washing machine.
