Finally a washer that is quiet and deep, and actually washes the clothes. I’ve been trying to find a superb top load washer, It’s an A+. Finally. So far excellent. Pray that it continues for many years. Was on sale and salesmen recommended it. It is truly a wonderful washer.

Great washer .. lots of options .. does a thorough job Only con might be its very deep tub. If your not tall might be hard to get to the bottom ..

Huge capacity washer! Decided to go back to old school direct drive. Does not have a middle agitator so not too hard on clothes. Like the wifi connection to get alerts. Lots of wash options. Very happy with this machine for the price.

Cons would be the depth and reaching down into the washer to get clothes out. No center agitator and lastly no towel setting. Don’t know if the last con really matters but my last washer had that feature. Pros quick quite and cleans clothes with little water. Several cycles to ensure that you can get any clothes clean.

I like this machine so far. A couple things to keep in mind when looking at this machine the tub is deep and I'm 5'2 so I have a hard time reaching the bottom of the tub to get small items but that is the only challenge I have had so far in the month that I have owned the machine.

I've had this washer for a week and it seems to wash well. One of the reasons I bought this is to wash queen size comforters. I think it washes well, but the rinsing doesn't seem to get the soap out--it could be that I'm using too much. One issue I have is that there are no directions, videos, support that tells you how to change the water temperature/settings while on "normal". I just fiddle until I can get the water temperature to change, but haven't been able to figure out a method that works the same way every time. I've tried looking online and many say you can't change the temperature on "normal" but I've been able to. Seems like it shouldn't be that difficult and LG NEEDS to have directions on how to change the settings to get the combination you want when washing.

Love, love, love my washing machine. I find myself looking for things to wash. The large capacity is wonderful and the spin cycle really does an excellent job. My clothes dry much quicker and seem to be less wrinkled. It was delivered on time and the guys were friendly and efficient.

This washer has a huge capacity and is full of features. I enjoy the information that I get from connecting with the LG mobile app. Also, the washer does a great job of keeping the loads balanced and is much quieter than the GE I replaced. Highly recommended.

I had 1 and it broke for having a my floor uneven it burn. And I got the same one because I love how clean my clothes come and I can get my big blankets too. When they brought my new washer he told me the problem and help me understand and give me tips how to prevent from happening again.

These have a huge capacity. That said, moving from an old type of washer to something that has a computer running the process is a change. Some combinations (hot water, heavy soil, fast spin, etc.) are tough to put together.

After months of using WiFi can’t connect anymore thru my router, drums is so big that can accommodate plenty of clothes but unfortunately you can’t do that coz the machine is designed knly for small amount of clothes that if you force put plenty of clothes the machine will start acting up like making a loud grinding noise and the drum won’t spin only pure grinding noise coming from the machine, never had a problem with my old washer, even you plenty of clothes the drums still rotates evenly

Love this washer. No center agitator. I’m 5’6” and it’s quite a reach to the bottom of the tub for smaller items. I love that I can wash a large king comforter with extra room. Saves a trip to the commercial laundry.

I love the washing machine it’s easy to use and has many cycles to choose and the best part is the top is clear and I can see my clothes washing

Love it. It is very quite and user friendly. My sister also purchased the same set. Make sure you purchase when on sale! The guys that installed were very nice but they did unfortunately scratched our hard wood floor. Other than that very happy with our purchase.

We got this machine to replace an LG machine we had for 15 years. So far it has been everything we wanted and expected from a machine rated this highly. We recommend this machine to anyone who wants a high end product that lives up to its billing.

This washing machine is exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of space to wash our comforters and that was one of the biggest reasons to go with this washer.

Great washer with the most capacity ive ever seen in a in home unit. Big enough for a king size comforter just make aure you set it to the right function. It is big like i said so if youre a smaller person you'll need help getting things from the bottom.

I got this washer because the other model that I bought, the pre cursor to this one, was experiencing technical difficulties, but was discontinued. This washer seems to wash better than the other new one that I had, however still need to use extra water otherwise it won't even cover all the clothes.

This clothes washer has a good agititor and gets my clothes a lot cleaner than the one without an agitator. I put some heavy dirt stains on my jeans, when I was working in dirt and clay, and all the stains came out. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

Everything great on washer. But I changed from front loading to top loading so I wouldn’t have to bend down and now with top load it has a deep tub and it’s hard to reach into the bottom of the tub to pull out all of your clothes as NS I’m 5’5”
