Replaced my 3 years old Maytag washer (it just died) and so much happier with LG. It's quite and when you sync it with your smart phone, you get a notification when it's done. I still have 14 years old LG dryer and looking forward to use my new LG washer for a long time!

We went from a front loader to this top loader. It does a great job getting everything clean. I can fit my large bed cover in it with no problems. When a 15 year old boy notices how clean and fresh the clothes are, you know it works! and I love getting text messages when the load has completed!

I received our new washer on Friday. I immediate rinsed it out and started washing all the pillows. We had just moved and everything had been in storage. We certainly wanted to put our head on fresh pillows. It was amazing, no crumples, just fantastic well washed pillows!

Its a good washer however it does not add as much water on a normal load as i would like to. Other than that it has worked well and hold a lot of clothes.

i've been using front load LG washers for almost 20 years. I was happy to switch back to top load. So far the washer is performed better than expected. clothes are clean, rinsed, and spun. i need a step stool to reach the bottom

I love our new LG WASHING MACHINE. Nice & Big with a lot of extras. We had an older LG washer very similar to this one for 10 years so I wanted the same brand. Our old one was still washing and working fine. We just donated it to someone that did not have a washer.

Easy to use with a vast choice of cycles. The top loading washers really cleans the clothes, and does not have draining problems like our old front loader. Additionally, the option to hit extra water for heavy loads of towels and blankets is a great feature.

Great washer, have had it over a year and it's ran like a champ, family of 4 with multiple loads a day, live it.

This is great upgrade from our previous washing machine - Whirlpool Cabrio......Unlike our old machine, we haven't had issues with dry spots in our heave loads (blankets, towels, etc.) where it didn't appear that water ever touched. The LG washes super fast and does a great job!

Best washer ever! I love how big it is, I can now wash the bedding without trying to make it fit or separating it in loads like our old one. We got the matching dryer as well & I am very pleased with both! I have not tried the app yet but it's a cool feature!

I love my washer and dryer. There is so many different settings, for any type of cleaning you need. The thing I love the best is that both are so quiet, I do not have to turn the TV up when they are running.!

This washer is not as good as my last. I like it but not absolutely in love with it. If you have wet clothes that just need spun, you cannot just use a spin cycle you need to go thru the whole wash cycle which is very annoying.

It’s only been a month but so far very happy with this purchase. Washer is silent, it has a sensing feature to distinguish from a small or large load. Vibration is moderate even at the fastest centrifuge speed. Design is also sleek and modern.

We replaced our Kenmore that the drive bearings went out on with this one. While it got good reviews, we were a little underwhelmed at the performance. It gets the job done. Wifi seems a little superfluous and the extra settings through the wifi, we rarely use.

Very nice household appliance. I wanted this washing machine for a long time and finally got it after my Kenmore gave up on us. Works perfectly and I’m happy. Looking forward to a long continuous use without failure. This is way I opted for LG.

We ended up exchanging this machine for a smaller sister model that is 4.5 cu. ft. I hate deducting a star for this because otherwise the machine was top notch. But I'm 5'7" and struggled to reach the bottom of the drum on tippie toes.

No complaints- Extra large tub makes it easy to wash large blankets or bed spreads. Great washer, we replaced our older LG when it finally gave up after many years of heavy daily use during kids and sports! Love this machine.

Who would've thought loading a washer could be so hard! Or a too small load could be a problem... the grinding racket is bizarrely loud when off-balance! But, clothes come out clean and I find this top loader preferable to my prior front-loading LG.

Cleans well, if you only load it half full, I still must use pre-wash spray on food or grease stains. The cycles are long an hour or even an hour and a half. Rinsing takes as long as the wash cycle. I don't see as much washing movement as I expected compared to the advertisement video. Turbo wash and the cold wash cycle is only available with some cycles and only with small loads/8 pounds or less. I usually have to readjust the clothes by hand if it's 3/4 full (otherwise it wastes water trying to readjust it itself), such as with a set of sheets, a quilt, or a mattress pads, pairs of jeans. I was disappointed that for such a large machine it still can't clean a queen quilt on the bedding cycle nor a mattress pad alone on the waterproof cycle without leaving dirt in the creases, even after two cycles. The mattress pad was still stained with perspiration even after I used prewash and scrubbed it in with a scrub brush.

This works great! It is quiet and large so it will hold a large load or small. Comforters and blankets fit easily. The only issue is my wife is not the tallest and has difficulty reaching in to grab clothes out.
