Easy to use and lots of cycle options. Drum is very deep so can be hard to reach the bottom for someone shorter. A little noisier than I expected but clean well and spin cycle is great to really remove most water so the items dry quickly.

Large tin can accommodate large loads of laundry but sometimes I feel like it decides clothes are done washing a little too early for my liking. That being said it is a great machine and I just use the time wash when j have really soiled clothing.

Good washer. Huge load capacity. Many different washing options. Only reason I give 4 stars is because the first one we had leaked from the bottom. Best Buy replaced it and this was is doing great so far!

Got it for $849.99 which, I think is a bargain if you can get it for that. Replaced another HE top load washer that was nothing but problems for the last year. Washes clothes great. Much quieter than my last washer. Some loads done in under an hour without sacrificing cleaning quality. Has a “deep” cycle as well as a “water plus” option that will ensure there’s enough water in the machine for those larger loads. Even very large loads seem to clean well and smell fresh. We toyed with a washer purchase for a couple months and looked at a lot of options. Overall, glad we got this one, especially on sale. Also, the Best Buy appliance removal and hookup service was outstanding.

I did not realize the basin was that big! We were excited to wash a comforter without force. Its deep and I'm not that tall but its all good. I can't seem to connect the Wifi though. I've tried several times with no luck, The new LG dryer connected quickly.

I love the LG washer. It is great when I have my king sized winter comforter when needed. I have not used all the bells and whistles, but so far I have been very happy with my purchase.

Great purchase. It’s so deep. I’m 5’9 and can barely reach the bottom. Does not shake like the front loader machine it is replacing. A month in and so far so good.

So far so good. The tub is very big, so you might have some trouble if you are short. My mother is 5'2" and needs a pair of tongs to take out the small stuff at the bottom of the tub. Check it out in person first if you are in doubt.

Washer works well. Installation crew hired by Best Buy was terrible. They refused to install it because the drip pan wasn’t fastened to the floor and they claimed the cold water valve was leaking, which it wasn’t per the plumber I had to pay to inspect it. Second crew Best Buy sent back 2 weeks later to finish the install told me they install washers all the time with drip pans not fastened to the floor. When they turned the washer on they had failed to put the drain hose into the drain so water went everywhere. They mopped up with towels I provided. Hope there’s no mold growing under the washer.

I was surprised how quite the washer was didn’t even know it was running let alone spinning. The only issues is it has uneven balance issues often when washing bedding but otherwise ok

It was time for a upgrade and this lg top Loading washer was the right fit. It’s VERY spacious, a lot of room to wash a big load of clothes and saves you time for other things. It’s pretty deep and might need a step stool to reach the bottom of the washer.

I love the large capacity of this washer and the ability to do small loads as well. It saves water and energy! It is Saturday and attractive. Just be sure to measure how much room you need when you open the top of it just in case you have shelves above it!

I've owned a similar LG top load washer before, this washer that i purchased is much better than the old one I had. The tub is a little larger and the control layout is better than before. I also like the turbo wash feature.

Had the washer for about 2 weeks now. The capacity is much larger than expected. Our items look so small in there. Purchase and delivery went well. Every interaction was personal and professional.

I purchased both the LG top load washer and the front load dryer. Both appliances are performing well. I am well pleased with my Best Buy purchases.

I think this washer is excellent. I really like the ease if use and the ability to make custom cycles via the LG ThinQ app. The ability to set up notifications on your phone via the app is helpful as well. Water and Energy efficient.

I love the look and digital controls (it even notifies me on my phone when the load is complete). One thing that I'm having trouble adjusting too is that these new "high efficiency" machines use their own internal programming to determine how much water should be added to a load and it seems to me that the water is always insufficient. There is an "add water" feature but I do prefer just having a water level selector like my old washer. Another gripe is when washing bedding, if you add anything in with lets say a comforter, when it gets to the spin cycle it causes alot of "uneven load" errors and the washer will stop and make you rebalance the load and try again, very annoying. Otherwise, I like the machine and seems to be working good, hopefully it will hold up to the test of time.

Large capacity. Powerful washing machine. LG makes the best washer and dryer. I had front load LG washer over 20yrs and didn't have any problem at all. This new one will last next 25-30yrs...best product, 5 stars~

The capacity is incredible. It holds so much and has so many features, it’s great. Can save you money since you can wash larger items you once had to take to a cleaner. I definitely recommend it.

So far the washer has met expectations. The product replaces a 13 year old washer and provides additional functionality, along with the ability to wash more items due to the larger tub.
