I love this washer!! It cleans clothes wonderfully and I love the look of the washer super happy with this product!!!

It does it's job at least 5 times a day so I can't complain. I did install the app on my phone so it's constantly saying I need to tub clean because it gets used so often. Also we've had it now 1yr4days which means it at least made it a whole year so high fives for that! 4 stars because my wife and I are tall and maybe the front load would have been smarter especially when lifting wet towels out of the bottom.

It's a great washer. Huge improvement from the old one I had. You can fit alot in and get it gets the job done. I love it. The price was worth it.

wow I'm tall and its a stretch to reach the bottom but I like the depth it handles huge loads easy, kings no problem, great washer.

This model of washer is just amazing and has everything you need. Got the washer and the dryer and everyone at home loves it.

I bought this washer to replace a 14 year old similar LG machine that had begun to fail. I fully expect the new one to perform just as well. The controls on the new model are not as easy to use, however. The old machine had more discreet settings, and this one has a touch panel with many optional settings. II find that panel hard to read, but expect that once I become familiar with it I'll have no trouble.

My previous LG Front loading washer was banging the sides and making noise when it got 10 years and 9 months point. LG has 10 year warranty for motors but it was time to let it go. I purchased Top-Loading washer, thinking it'll be MORE sturdy. I regret buying Top Loading washer when the dryer next to it is front-loading and it's a bit too high for my height 5.2". I fully support LG and there's nothing wrong with the washer itself. I didn't make a smart decision and chose top-loading washer lol.

Works great! Looks great! My wife is very pleased with this LG washing machine!

So many features and love the look. This washer has huge capacity and has all features I could ask for. I trust LG appliances 100%!!

Washer works great, though it's a little louder than I was expecting. When the drum changes directions it makes a popping sound, which may or may not be normal. For some reason every time you turn it on it's in a kindof automatic default, and you have to rotate the knob one click to get it to change modes. It'd be nice if it would wake up in the same function as when it shut off, but as of now I don't know how to do that or if it's possible.

I purchased this washer Dryer combo and so far very pleased with their performances. I also noticed that the Enclosure is made with thin and flimsy Steel with is very easy to get dings if you are not careful around them. Additionally, there are some improvements should be made to the LG ThinQ App such as Audible Alarms instead of Silent Notifications or options to fully custom the wash cycles.
