LG has 10 year warranty for motors but it was time to let it go. I purchased Top-Loading washer, thinking it'll be MORE sturdy. I regret buying Top Loading washer when the dryer next to it is front-loading and it's a bit too high for my height 5.2". I fully support LG and there's nothing wrong with the washer itself. I didn't make a smart decision and chose top-loading washer lol.

I also noticed that the Enclosure is made with thin and flimsy Steel with is very easy to get dings if you are not careful around them. Additionally, there are some improvements should be made to the LG ThinQ App such as Audible Alarms instead of Silent Notifications or options to fully custom the wash cycles.

I am able to wash big comforters and that was the main reason I wanted a bigger tub. I love the settings for the type of load you will be washing. The look of the machine is very nice and is not too wide as far as spacing. Both washer and dryer replaced a older set we had just perfectly. The only thing I don’t really care for is the machine is loud. I don’t know if the motor is just that loud, but it’s going to take me some time to get used to.
