They weren't able to bring the new washer in, or take the old one due to Covid 19. I managed to put it on a carpet and push it to the laundry room. I put new hoses on it turned the water back on and it took a few loads to learn how to operate it, next I guess I'll download the wireless to my phone. I'm a woman in my late 60s but did it myself. Now no my going to the launder mat just to do comforters and mattress pads!!

Washer works great, though it's a little louder than I was expecting. When the drum changes directions it makes a popping sound, which may or may not be normal. For some reason every time you turn it on it's in a kindof automatic default, and you have to rotate the knob one click to get it to change modes. It'd be nice if it would wake up in the same function as when it shut off, but as of now I don't know how to do that or if it's possible.

This is the happiest washer I've ever had. At the end of each cycle it sings a song that implies washing clothes is the best chore ever. I find the low water use of the HE along with the spinning "sensing" as the start of each wash makes it difficult to use powder additions like Oxy to cycles. It spins it onto the drum before water is in the drum causing it to stick to the sides. There are so many bells and whistles I haven't even been able to use all of them.

great cycles. Huge capacity. King comforter an room for more. Love direct drive. Last machine lasted 13 years and 4 moves.

I bought this washer to replace a 14 year old similar LG machine that had begun to fail. I fully expect the new one to perform just as well. The controls on the new model are not as easy to use, however. The old machine had more discreet settings, and this one has a touch panel with many optional settings. II find that panel hard to read, but expect that once I become familiar with it I'll have no trouble.

This washer is huge. I love the smart features that let me know as soon as my wash is done. Great options for cycles.

Love the space to fit a ton of clothes! The app makes it easy to see whats going on and when its time to clean the tub.

It is really quiet and easy to use. We have had it for almost a month and it is really getting a workout.

Love the big capacity. It leaves your clothes practically dry when its done washing so you spend less time drying and saves money!

Waited about three weeks to do the review. Love the washing machine. We just miss the “towels” setting. You can’t add water to the normal cycle!! Hate that it surely doesn’t put enough water in the load to wash them effectively. Towels have to be done on the deep wash cycle. Oh!! And it should have clear glass NOT tinted!!! It’s pleasing to the eye, but not effective to be able to keep an eye on your load. Hopefully this one lasts longer then 5 1/2 years!!!
