Purchased in 2023. Have been pleased with the performance to date. I enjoy using the app to follow the progress since my washer and dryer are in the basement. Also, this washer is quiet, and very water and energy efficient. Small loads are cleaned quickly.

Im not really sure how this machine exists. Its huge on the inside. Im washing like 3x the laundry at once and everything is so much cleaner. Great stainless interior too.

We just sent back our new GE washer and dryer due to nothing but problems and instead bought LG and they are easy to work and work great with not a single problem. LG also sells for a better price then other major brands.

Large capacity allows for washing a king size bed comforter. Easy to use. Quiet.

Love how big this is and that there isn't an agitator. Our clothes come out clean. Only thing I miss from our last LG washer is the different wash setting options- ie towels, whites, etc. I still like to separate my clothes and used those functions.

I love love this washer, i honestly feel like it is a bottomless pit nd you can fit a lot in there and it all gets washed great. I have had no issues with it since purchasing it and the matching dryer. I 110% recommend

Works great! Seems to do better than the original LG I had so far. Very quiet and does a great job cleaning my clothes. I have a farmer husband and I need a washer that can handle the worst and so far, so good!

I have had this washer for about a month now and so far no problems. I love how large the tub is, fits comforters! Does a great job at cleaning clothes and wringing the water out of the clothes so less work for the dryer.

So far so good. I love my LG Top Load Washer coming from a front load. The large capacity is great and it's very quite. I also love the short cycle wash. CON not sure how I feel about the detergent holder it's very small, so I also pour a little detergent in the wash. Other than that it's been great.

This washer works well. It is very quiet when running and does a good job cleaning clothes. Lots of options on the dials and easy to set. LG is a quality brand.

I’ve only had this washer for a little over a month, but so far I’m loving it! It has a huge tube. Everything I’ve washed has come out very clean and smelling fresh. I would definitely recommend.

I’ve had this washer a month and my clothes have never looked cleaner & smelled fresher!! The spin cycle is so quiet, the overall machine is quiet. Glad I switched to LG.

GREAT! This is one of the best deals I've received, as advertised. I ordered by phone without actually seeing in it in the store. It's big and works great. Easy to operate too.

My new washer is so easy to operate and washes a lot of clothing at one time. The cycles are quick and the settings are easy to figure out. I am so glad I splurged this time and didn’t just get the cheapest washer I could find when my old one broke down.

Unit cleans clothes well, not too noisy, and appears to hold up well between multiple washes. The glass door is cool when checking your clothes.

I'm hesitant regarding going with "Excellent" on this (or any product) as it's only weeks old at this point, so I'll go with "Good". What would determine true excellence is if it works as amazingly in 7-10 years as it does right now. Regarding the washer use, options, look and size are all amazing.

Large capacity, modern style, quiet - great purchase. Very happy with the washer and would definitely recommend, especially if you're concerned that a front-loader might be a little too larger.

I love the look and performance of this washing machine. It has many selections to let you wash your clothes accordingly. My favorite thing is that I can wash my comforter with plenty of room left!
