Washer has a large capacity, cleans clothes very well!

Couldn't be happier with this purchase. We've had the washing machine for over a month and it works great. Love the large capacity. I thought the smart features would be useless but we really enjoy getting the notifications and the extra specialty cycles you can download are really useful.

This washer does a great job and has a turbo wash mode which is a game changer. The tub is large enough to fit blankets and comforters.

I’ve had the machine for two months now. It is quiet but not as quiet as my previous LG washer. One thing I recently learned is the importance of using the Cold Water Wash option if you use cold water for your clothing. Initially I was just setting the wash temperature to cold on the Normal Cycle but the clothes felt a little stiff. The wash cycle was also extremely short. Once I selected the Cold Water Wash option, which takes longer, my clothes starting coming out clean and soft.

I've gone through every major brand of washing machine over the last 5-6 years. All terrible, multiple recalls & repairs. Not a single issue with LG. It's such a relief. Clothes actually get washed and don't come out half dry. Replaced my dryer with LG as well.

Fits a lot of clothes, auto balancing is nice. The chime that rings when the wash is done isnt annoying (to me atleast). And I appreciate that it is very good at conserving water (It fills just up to where it needs to for the load it senses. The LG app makes it easy to find out when your wash is done and connects to your tv as well if you're into that. Minus one star because I cant watch netflix on it, JK

Amazing!!! I bought this for my mom and she has told me at least...oh...6 times how much she loves her washing machine. This model does indeed use high-efficiency detergent for those that were not sure. What I love about this thing is that if you choose "extra rinse," it automatically switches the washing mode to "deep wash" but it doesn't just fill it with the same amount of water every time. It knows where the top of your laundry is and it will spin around a few times while it senses it, filling with water, spinning a bit more, then will add more water if necessary. So if you have a huge load, it will fill it with water if it needs to but if the load isn't that large, it will only fill what is needed (even though the same deep wash mode is selected). It's so awesome. Seriously. So then let's say that you select medium spin but it's actually towels and it's not done yet. It'll say 1 minute left but it knows that your towels are still wet and need more spin, so it'll keep going until it detects that it's good to go. Don't worry about what the timer says is left - the number is just an estimate but if it needs more time, it will take care of you.
