Excellent! This washer can wash a huge load with ease. Additionally, you can connect it to your phone and set it to wash at a specific time. Very cool feature!

Great washer it isn’t loud and washes pretty good.

Mostly meets my expectations. My clothes definitely come out smelling and looking clean. That's the most important. 2 things that would make it better, in my opinion, are easy to read functions on the dial and self closing soap dispenser. I'm having a hard time reading the words on the dial and if I forget to push the soap dispenser back in after filling with detergent, it stays open. It should close when you shut the lid. All in all it's a great product so far. If it was an option I would have given it 9 1/2 stars.

So far this is great! The capacity is unbelievable. If you’re short like I am, you may find reaching the bottom a bit of a challenge though. It is pretty inside and out. I like the preset settings. It makes laundry easy. It’s the nicest washer I’ve ever had.

I've gone through every major brand of washing machine over the last 5-6 years. All terrible, multiple recalls & repairs. Not a single issue with LG. It's such a relief. Clothes actually get washed and don't come out half dry. Replaced my dryer with LG as well.

I’ve had the machine for two months now. It is quiet but not as quiet as my previous LG washer. One thing I recently learned is the importance of using the Cold Water Wash option if you use cold water for your clothing. Initially I was just setting the wash temperature to cold on the Normal Cycle but the clothes felt a little stiff. The wash cycle was also extremely short. Once I selected the Cold Water Wash option, which takes longer, my clothes starting coming out clean and soft.
