Love this washer! Big enough to hold a king sized comforter with no problem! Replaced a front load washer with this, and I will never go back to a front loader.

I am a short person and have to use my step stool to get everything out at the bottom, but I would not change a thing, because I wanted something large enough to wash my queen size comforter and blankets. Washes efficiently

The clothes come out so much cleaner than with our old washer.The extraction makes the drying time so much less and the clothes smell better.

Washer has been great, was an emergency purchase, after our old one died and Best But got us the washer we needed, delivered and installed it and took away the old one. Couldn’t have been easier

I love my new LG washer. (I liked my old LG washer too but never felt it put enough water in the tub to get the clothes clean.). Therefore, i love the deep water feature! The only caveat or thing i would change or edit is how the deep water option works. If i select a particular cycle and push the deep water option, it goes to the deep water cycle, instead of the cycle i selected. So, why have the option in two places. Seems counterintuitive. Also, the deep water option should allow you to select the amount (smaller load, medium load, large load or extra large load). I dont need it to fill all the way up for a smaller load, just enough to cover clothese well. Hope this makes sense. I do love it and find it does a much better job than my old washer.

This is a great piece of machinery. I purchased it hoping to be able to wash king size bedding with ease and - tada - it delivers! So great to even throw in a towel with that huge load. This thing makes me eager to do laundry - ha! Really!!

I got this at a discount due to it being an open box item. It is a solid device. It does a good job with washing big loads.

We replaced a similar model with this one about 3 months ago. It was going to cost nearly as much as a new one to get the parts and have someone repair it. The first one lasted 5 years. Not great, but based on reviews, it seems like most washers and dryers don’t really last as long as the older models. This washer runs great and has an app as well. I really like getting a notification when the washer finishes. Our clothes are clean and smell fresh after washing. There are additional loads you can download on the app and have the machine run. I haven’t had the opportunity to try that option, so hopefully it works!

We have had thia washer for 2 years. Love it can get any size load. Has an option for a wuick wash wgixk i love.

My experience purchasing this Samsung washer from Bestbuy has been great from start to finish. The washer works quietly, and great. It is the perfect fit for our laundry room.

My old washer finally died after 15 years. Did quite a bit of research and this LG stood out as a clear winner. Have been totally happy with its features and performance. So glad i bought this one!

Purchased this washer about 5 months ago. It has worked great with no issues. I love the capacity it has to do big loads and get items fully clean.

It does a great job on my "whites", which was important to me. It's easy to use, and I love the fact that I can choose my water level or put it on Auto.

You have to experiment a little to figure out all of fancy settings but this has been a complete game changer for me! Do not miss my old front load washer at all!

I really like this washer so far. I read the manual to make sure I get the most use out of my washer. It is working well so far. Its quiet.

Delivery team was excellent and put it exactly where I wanted it. Super easy to install and use overall. Love it! Sings you a little song when the cycles are done as well.

We love our new washer! This LG washer does it all! It has a sensor that will sense how long to wash the clothes based on the amount loaded. It does a thorough clean wash. We are so happy we bought this washer. Well worth the money.

Love the washer. It is super fast when washing clothing and the drain and spin cycle is great. Clothes come out fresh and dry damp. Litterly all water is drained from out of the clothing. The only concern is when I put the washer on bedding, it makes a grinding sound. Washer is less than a month old. The delivery team was wonderful. They did a great job in installing my machines and cleaned up after themselves. They took the time to go over everything about the machine and made sure they were properly balanced. They played a major role in such an high rating as well.
