Like it so much better than my front loader from Samsung. Always had a musty smell! Now oh my goodness is a great washer! Can wash my King Size comforter easily!

The tub is super huge so I can get more laundry done. There are many options and you can start it from your phone. There is also a quick wash that washes the clothes as good as the regular wash

Looks Nice But Not Impressed With Performance

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not overly impressed with this machine for two reasons, (1) the tub is way too deep so I have to stand on a step stool to reach the bottom, and (2) I can't figure out how to control the water level. On "normal," there's just not enough water in there for me. I don't feel as though the clothes are getting as clean as they could. But, it's mine, and eventually I'll get used to it and none of that will matter. I DO like that I can wash larger loads than in my old machine. I just can't fit the whole load in the dryer at one time, so that's a drawback.

It definitely saves water and uses sensors to determine the length of each load. Easily the best washing machine we’ve ever purchased. We’ll worth the price.

Had many problems with the same washer that was less than 2 years old. So bad, received a credit from LG after 2 months of fight. Yes we had the extended warranty etc. If any problems with this one would much rather deal with Best Buy than Assurian. Go Geeks.
