Very cool washer. Very quiet. This washer balance the clothes well before start the program and the ThinQ does a great job. When it spins there is NO vibration. It's amazing. I love this washer machine.

Love my washer! I previously had a Maytag and considered that a very reliable with the capacity to wash blankets and comforters. However, the LG is deeper. I was amazed at how much I could put in there.

this washer is a large capacity washer. you can fit a king size bedspreed in it with no problem. the controls are easy to use and it runs great.

Overall pleased with the washer. The run time is a little longer than expected. The flexibility of adding a cycle seems limited. I tried to create a new one for my bicycle clothes, I was not able to customize it for what I wanted. Good capacity.

I like the size of the wash machine it holds two full loads at a time. You must make sure you have the settings correct and make sure the spin cycle matches your wash load. Haven't experienced any other problems.

Best Buy delivery was on time and professionally done. This washer is awesome. So large. Many different wash cycles. More than I need. Glad I bought this one. It was on sale for 50 off.

I do like this big Top Load Washer. It took me awhile to figure out the settings, but finally got it. But the nice little song at the end has stopped playing and it has only been one month. I will try and call to see if this might be covered under waranty.

Great washer with huge capacity! Lots of cycle options and the turbo wash saves so much water. Highly recommend for a big family.

It is quieter in the spin cycle than some front loading models. It does a good job after experimenting with the many variables of choices. wish there were a spin only option for times clothes retain too much water at end of cycle.

It’s a pretty basic model by today’s standards . Build quality seems OK. It does get clothes, clean without a bunch of wear and tear. Plenty of capacity for comforters, etc.

Most LG products are great. We love our new washer and dryer set. The top load washer allows for larger loads making Landry fast and efficient.
