Excellent washing machine. 100% recommended You won't regret buying it.

Love love love the LG Washer. This is the 2nd one I have had. The first prior to this one we had for 12 years and still functioned properly, we just wanted to updated version. I must say these are by far the best washers I have owned. Leave clothes clean, are so reliable and have not had any issues with them. Best Buy is who we purchased both washers from, customer service is top notch and pricing is great as well. If you are undecided, don’t be this will be a great investment for you!!

Although recently purchased, this machine does what we were hoping. Modern and very efficient.

We have had LG washer dryer combos before that performed quite well so when we needed new ones we stuck with LG. No disappointments here. Love them! Would definitely recommend.

Although I have been using the LG washer for only a month, so far it has been great. Very quiet. I really like the pre-wash and quick wash features.

Fast, quiet, and effective, with loads of room. Only possible negative is that it's so deep it may be difficult to unload if you're not tall.

I bought this washer in exchange as the suspension in my Insignia washer was damaged before 2 years. While the washer is quite large, it does not provide enough water to cover a load when on "Normal" nor does it agitate hard enough to get rid of stains. I have also realized that by using liquid detergent (in my case Persil) in the dispenser will cause detergent stains to be on clothes as it mixes with the water that pours out in the start of the wash. If you're going to use this washer, detergent pods work best. Also, I have decided to wash all my loads on Heavy Duty as that's the only way I can get enough water to cover the load.
