I bought both washer and dryer when my old set failed me. There are settings for every type of clothing item and the easiest of controls for each. Plus I have the added benefit of controlling everything from my phone! If you have this saved in your cart, just hit place order. You wont be disappointed!

Works well with the exception of the spin cycle. With or without a load, it spins vigorously, and it’s loud. The washer is sitting on leveled ground, even during the “empty” load test, it shook a lot (same as when loaded). I tried contacting Best Buy to see if this is a known issue on this model (I just got the washer on Friday 5/19/23 and used it a couple of times by today, 5/21/23) but they want me to deal with the manufacturer’s page. So, my options are: return to Best Buy or deal with the hassle of contacting the manufacturer. VERY ANNOYED. I tried uploading a video to show, but this review only allows photos. If it didn’t shake as much as it does, I would give it a 5 star review. Tip: during the initial set up process, make sure the dial is set on the blank section between the two “normal” settings for the code to show up. It’s not mentioned in the instructions manual.

Clothes come out clean and we have not had an "out of balance" error yet. It would be better if it offered more settings like athletics or whites but there are good alternatives. Purchased at a fair holiday sale price.

It’s great there’s a built in app that tells you when your load is complete as well if there is any faults or codes. and will give you a step by step troubleshooting process. They love it.
