    The washing machine goes out of balance occasionally. We are trying to figure out how to place clothes in the drum so it stays in balance. The last wash we did we had better success but it is still a challenge.

    Our old washer had an agitator, but unfortunately went out on us. We opted for this one with an impeller and decided to give it a try. We had it for about two months and in my opinion, it just wasn't getting our clothing clean. I have grandkids and their clothes still had an odor afterwards. I had to wash them twice to even get them to smell fresh & clean. Also didn't feel like the water covered the clothes completely. I liked how big it was inside the drum, but unfortunately we switched it out for one with an agitator.
