Okay, I know how it is when you see a review on an item that someone has had for a short time. I bought this set to replace my 8 year old GE set which are in perfect condition. This new set is almost double the capacity of the old set and are Energy Star (among other upgrades). My best friend has had this set for a year and they're amazing. I got them on sale. After delivery, I did two loads of laundry immediately. These are AWESOME! Whisper quiet, and the wifi connectivity is cool. My washer and dryer are in the garage so when the laundry is done, I get notified through the app on my phone. And the washer actually tells the dryer what the best setting is to dry the load that just finished washing! Get this set! They're loaded with just enough features without being too much! And they're very classy looking too!

We’ve had this washing machine for over a year, and we love it! It’s a large capacity washer and big enough for queen and king comforters. It does a great job cleaning clothes and the different settings are convenient. I’m petite, and the tub is very deep, so reaching a sock or a small clothing item at the bottom takes a bit of stretching. Other than that, the machine is awesome.

So far this seems to be a really good machine. The operation is simple, the laundry comes out clean & it runs relatively quiet. Time will tell, but for now, we're pleased with it.

My fist non agitator washer. Same size as my previous one but so much roomier. Handles a queen size comforter with ease. Easy to use and price is great.

Easy to use, doesn't use a lot of water, quiet, good size. I really like this washer. It's a huge step up from the 18 year old washer I had. Lots more bells and whistles, more than I need really.

I had a maytag atlantis with dual agitator working like a champ for exactly 20 years, then it died and not worth it to repair. Heard very good reviews for this LG HE washer with impeller. After trying different settings, this thing is a beast and can handle previously not even dreamed of queen size comforter in deep wash and turbo wash is fantastic! My wife is happy too since now she can do in one load what previously took two loads. This 5.5 cu ft washer tub is humongous. New technology beats the old fashioned belt driven motors with agitators that's for sure. My clothes don't come out too beaten up any more lol.

What I look for in a top-load washer is cost-savings on energy and water, powerful performance, quiet operation, and the ability to get my laundry clean. As for the LG wt7400cw....all boxes checked! Trust in the company that sells me the product is also a priority. For many years, my experience with Best Buy has been exceptional. I have peace of mind knowing that they stand behind their products.

We have had our new LG Washer for a few weeks now and we couldn't be happier. Our clothes come out much cleaner than with our old washer it was almost embarrassing! Big or small loads; hot or cold water; this machine can handle it all. Towels and sheets get done so much faster than before. So many great features and the best of all is how quiet the machine is. A great purchase.

Love the washer and how I can set it up with my phone to see what it is doing , like how much longer it might take and if it is done. Love that part . Cleans great . Just very deep , harder on me to reach but able to do more clothes.

I bought this online without seeing it in person. My only thing to warn people is that it's very deep!! I'm 5'2 and I need a step stool to get to the bottom. It's perfect for comforters and the like, but for every day loads it's a lot. So much so that I have to curb people from putting too much in, because my dryer can't handle the size load to get things dry. I did not buy the set.

I love this washing machine. It has an incredible range of functionality, has a very spacious capacity, and runs quieter than my last washer. On top of the great product was also great service. Delivery, install, and haul-away were done just a handful of days after purchase as opposed to a minimum two weeks from other retail outlets.

Previous two washers were front loaders and both had mold and odor problems even though all the preventative measures were taken. The tub is huge since all the space is available-no agitator. Doing large, bulky items would be no problem. Cleans better than any washer I have ever had-example, the soles on my white athletic socks are almost white again. Has more cycle options than you can probably use.
