    The washer is not the greatest when it comes to washing the clothes. We have noticed some items (my sons work clothes) at time needs to be washed a second time for the food smell to come out. I never experienced this with my older machine models. I was sold this one by a male sales personnel and I am highly disappointed.

We understand that you’ve had to rewash items like your son’s work clothes to remove odors — that’s understandably concerning, especially when comparing it to previous machines. For heavily soiled or odorous items, we recommend using the Heavy Duty or Allergiene™ cycle with hot water (if the fabric allows), and adding a pre-wash or soak option when available. Using a detergent designed for odors or adding a bit of baking soda or white vinegar (in the appropriate compartment) can also help neutralize lingering smells.
