Love the washer and how I can set it up with my phone to see what it is doing , like how much longer it might take and if it is done. Love that part . Cleans great . Just very deep , harder on me to reach but able to do more clothes.

Nice size and works great! We replaced our problematic front-loading washer with this and it seems much better. Get clothes clean, easy to use.

Previous two washers were front loaders and both had mold and odor problems even though all the preventative measures were taken. The tub is huge since all the space is available-no agitator. Doing large, bulky items would be no problem. Cleans better than any washer I have ever had-example, the soles on my white athletic socks are almost white again. Has more cycle options than you can probably use.

I'm glad I researched the different washers and chose to spend a little more for this one. I've had it about a month now and I love it. It's quiet. I barely hear it running in the basement compared to my last one. The tub capacity is great. It easily handled my bedding. It's a little awkward pouring the detergent into the tray but not a big deal. So far very happy with my purchase!

It’s a great washing machine. It’s compact on the outside, but the tub is gigantic! It’s quiet and very efficient.

It's really quite. Nice size. I don't see where it washes any better than my old Magtag. Easy to use. Can fit my king size bedding in it that is a plus.

We bought one of theses two years ago for another house. We loved it so much that we replaced an annoyingly noisy Samsung front loader that was only 3 years old for this. We live its large capacity and the ease of use. It works very well. We bought from Best Buy instead of Sears (almost identical price) and we were not disappointed. The delivery was quick and flawless.

So much happier with this washer especially going from a stackable front loader. The size of the load was tremendously increased. We went from doing 6+ loads on laundry day to at the most 3 loads. We can now wash multiple bed sets as well. We have had this washer for about 10 months and have loved every moment, would definitely recommend this washer!!!

Wonderful machine. Capacity is excellent. Was initially concerned tha not having an agitator would cause the clothes to be less clean. They are actually cleaner! As a family of six , this really is the perfect washing machine , and having the smart app as well also makes life so much easier. Very very happy about this purchase.

I LOVE this washing machine. I have washed comforters and rubber backed items in it and they all came through just fine. I have had an LG before so was aware of some of their quirks. For example, I never load the machine to more than half full, unless it's doing a comforter (which takes up more room on it's own)! The cycles are longer but that doesn't bother me particularly. The only thing I find annoying is having to turn off the smart phone start so that I can start it manually, normally. I also got it for its Energy Star rating and for the Direct Drive design. All in all, I'm very happy with this washing machine.

This washing machine is great, and runs really quietly. I was somewhat concerned about how well it would clean my clothes, because it does not have an agitator. I was pleasantly surprised after the first load came out completely clean.

Compared to my Whirlpool washer this one is MUCH quieter. I love being able to know the status at all times and the ability to download other wash settings and have all the settings checked off. All I have to do is hit start. The alerts I get on my phone are great and the washer does a fantastic job cat really cleaning the clothes with the different wash patterns. Definitely a great buy for us

Love this washer , does everything you want, turbo wash (quick) wash and clothes come out very clean and if you need extra water gives you that option also. Couldn’t ask for a better washer and the tub size is large so you your able to wash more with each load . Excellent washer , glad I pick LG their the best !!!!
