Although not as powerful as I’d have liked; nevertheless it works well for its size, and cleans throughly.

I love this machine! It quiet, fast and efficient! What more could I want?! Oh and it’s easy to figure the controls too.

Our previous LG washer lasted 17 years of heavy weekly use (5 people in household) without a single issue. Unfortunately it konked out recently, and I was ok with that, as it had far exceeded its expected life span. The matching LG dryer that we bought it with lasted a great, trouble-free 14 years. Of course, we wanted to stick with LG going forward, even though LG seemed to be priced higher than its competitors, it would be well worth the small extra expense. We chose this model due to the larger capacity and the fact that it was top loading. Our backs our tired from the front loading one we previously had. The top-loading is much easier. Note that due to the larger capacity of this model, its cavity is deep, and this my wife who is 5'2" needs a step stool to reach into it to get to the clothes on the very bottom. According to her she is ok with that, as she prefers the top loading one, and this shiny new LG Washer seems to be really top quality. We hope it will be as strong as the previous one we had.

Love LOVE my washer. I’m able to wash all anything and everything. Love the large capacity. My laundry is done in half a day, for my family of four humans and a King Charles Cavalier dog and two Persians cats did I mention weekly guests.

I love this washer!!! It's super quiet and huge! My clothes are coming out way cleaner than my old washer.

Great washer so far. Large capacity, pretty quiet, cleans well and spin dries thoroughly.

We've had other LG products but this is our first LG washer. I have to say, its probably one of the best washers we've had so far. Super quiet compared to the last washer we had. Washes clothes really well, balances out well in the spin cycle and plenty of cycle options to choose from for various types of clothes. Really cool feature, it has a download option to select a possible cycle in the LG app thats not listed on the washer and you may need to use from time to time.. like delicate dresses or certain types of fabric. Then you use the app and washer on wifi to connect and download that cycle. (You can actully start the washer from the app as well.. Pretty neet features if you ask me!!) Only downfall is you can only download one option at a time. If you need to chnage it, you'll have to go back into the app and change the setting. (First world problems.. lol) It also holds a decent amount of clothes. We came from a 4.7 cu ft washer and this is a 5.5 .. we can really tell a huge difference in the amount of clothes we're able to fit per load. Some of our bigger comforters will fit now whereas before they did not. The only negative I can even think about at this point was the price. In my opinion its a little pricey, but thats me. Overall we really like the washer and can say we dont regret the purchase.

I've had this washer for a few weeks now and absolutely love it. It looks great, has a huge capacity, and most importantly gets clothes clean very well. It also connects to the ThinQ app letting you get alerts when the wash is done, download new washes, and even start the wash remotely. Highly recommend!

I loved the size and the amount of laundry I can do all at 1 time. Before I would do about 3 load of laundry because its smaller in size. But with my new LG washer with 5.5 cu, I was able to reduce the amount of laundry from 3 to 1. I also like how its quiet. I rarely notice its even turn on.

I love this washer! With the deep water setting and deep deep tub, all my stuff comes out smelling so good. Easy to use and love all the options. PS. The only con, when water is filling, it is loud.

Love this washer. Huge capacity. It is great to have a washer without the big agitator in the middle taking up all the space. Now I can wash my king size comforters and bedding. And all the controls and extra bells and whistles are easy to use

We've had it for about 1 month. So far this is the best washer I've ever used. It is quiet and seems to use a lot less detergent. Our loads are normally pretty large and comes out clean every time. Money well spent!
