I've had LG washer/dryer before. They worked amazing for 14 years (not one repair issue!) but had to leave them behind when I sold my home. So obviously, LG was my choice again. Great looking; and of course more importantly, works great! And the extra room is great for my comforters :)

Great washer! I had a front load LG washer prior to this for 16+ years and picked LG for that reason. I like the top load way better. Easier to load and don’t have to deal with the “stinky seal” issues associated with a front load. Controls are simple and vast. This washes in about half the time when compared to my old one. Happy with the purchase!

This washing machine does not have an agitator and that allows for a lot more clothes to be added. It senses the amount of clothes and adjusts the amount of water needed. So efficient and convenient to use. I can’t say enough good things about it.

This is my first new washer in 15 years and I really like it! The new technology is a bit intimidating, but I'm figuring it out. It's pretty quiet and love the large capacity for washing my king size comforters.

This is the best washer I have had yet! Gets everything clean. I definitely like the depth in this as well.

Replaced 2nd straight front loader, one Maytag, and the latest, a Whirlpool, which had faulty circuit board. Enter this LG. It’s the largest capacity unit I could find. Don’t necessarily need the 5.5 capacity but, heck, why not? This unit doesn’t have the impeller in the middle, which you can designate when you order it. While I haven’t used all the options, it has a few of them. One of the things I really like is the sensor, which basically determines the load size, and subsequently determines the time to complete the load. IE, it shows 56 minutes with the settings I set, such as spin speed etc. Running several loads that weren’t but half full, or less, wash times have been 25 to 30 minutes. Previous front loader usually an hour or more. The Wi-Fi option is nice as it tells, via the app, when the load is done. When I replace my dryer if needed, I will likely get one with the Wi-Fi option also.

This washing machine has performed as advertised thus far. With the larger size tub washing bedspreads has been a breeze. The machine itself is very quiet when in use. Overall, we are very happy with this purchase and the value we received.

We went with this model because we are a family of 5 and do laundry often with large loads. Wish this LG model had more features like bedding, allergy…,this is the only reason I gave it a 4. Overall we are satisfied with it’s simple easy to use, extra large capacity and cleaning.

Returned a well-known American made product for this replacement unit. The LG is much quieter, more stable in operation, and quite effective with the wash. It also has several additional features that that make it a superior unit for washing clothes.

This machine is a huge upgrade over the front-load washer we replaced. The capacity is amazing and gets clothes clean fast. With the smart interface, you can start remotely and know exactly when the load is complete. Highly recommend.

I purchased both a washer and dryer. I love both. They're both very sleek and quiet! Going from an old apartment washer and dryer the leaked water like a flowing lake during the rinse cycle to these beauties has been nothing short of amazing.

I love the huge basin. It is so deep that I have to stand on tiptoes to get all the clothes out. (I’m 5’5”) The sound when it goes off is sweet too. Instead of a loud buzz, it sounds like the ice cream man is here. The reason for 4 stars is the detergent tray stays full of water between loads. I worry it will begin to stink over time. I wish it drained.

I love this washer machine. My clothes come out clean, and the machine is very quiet. I love the self clean option. I love the remote option being able to turn it on the machine while I’m away from home is a great option.

I was skeptical about a high efficiency washer that didn't use much water and didn't have an agitator. I am pleasantly surprised. Clothes are cleaner than our old washer that did fill with water and had an agitator and this one will wash my king size comforter with no problem.

Im not really sure how this machine exists. Its huge on the inside. Im washing like 3x the laundry at once and everything is so much cleaner. Great stainless interior too.

We just sent back our new GE washer and dryer due to nothing but problems and instead bought LG and they are easy to work and work great with not a single problem. LG also sells for a better price then other major brands.
