Well LG in my opinion makes the best appliances , we had a previous model 3 years old in a different color and it was great. We have remodeled our kitchen and went with the same stove in black stainless . Although we have not installed this unit yet, I am sure it will be as good as the other. All my appliances are LG, including all my TV`s . Life's Good

Family uses the air fry feature frequently. This is a great range. Only bad thing was one of the letters spelling LG fell off but no big deal does not affect performance.

Everything we were looking for in a stove. I love the griddle. It's perfect for a quick breakfast. I love the notifications on your phone about the oven and being able to preheat it remotely. I never thought I'd go that route but honestly it is a really cool feature. It's easy to clean and easy to ignite. Wonderful purchase.

This is a great stove. Very easy to keep clean with a vinegar and water solution. I had a spill in the oven and it cleaned up easily. I have not used all of the features yet but I have used the bake and broil settings in the oven with no complaints.

First one came damaged, had to be replaced, which Best Buy took care of with no issues. The stove is stainless steel, but you can still see fingerprints, the top part is a little hard to clean after cooking I wish it was stainless steel too, other than that stove works fine for now.

I really like this gas range. I used to have an electric and really wanted to get gas because I think it is nicer for cooking. I really enjoy the AirFry features built into the range. I have used it many times already and it works really well. So much more room then in a countertop air fryer. Takes longer, but you can make so much more at a time. Great for making Rice balls for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Great stove love the air fryer function! Alot of room to cook a hole holiday dinner at one time

Owner of an LG gas range for a month now. Everything seems great except the air fry mode. Doesn’t seem any different than a regular baking mode. Food doesn’t crisp up like a small countertop air fryer. Otherwise still happy with purchase, makes our kitchen look nicer with the sharp design.

Wifey very excited with how her kitchen looks like. I specifically picked this stove for her it come with air fryer built in!

This is a wonderful range. My wife has wanted a gas range for so long. We finally bought a house that had a gas range. It was crap, so we bought this one. The option of using standard or convection is fantastic. I would buy it again.

I’ve works great. Equally great was the crew that installed it. Very cordial, efficient and good teamwork. Installed in very little time and pulled the city permit for us.

after having 2 previous stoves replaced this one is now a keeper. Burners go down enough to simmer the pots and oven is great. I am satisfied

Best stove I ever had - it has a grill and an air fryer!

Great stove at a great price. Air fryer work’s amazing. Installation was also fantastic. Gentleman was polite and very professional. I will only buy appliances at Best Buy from now on.

This was first purchase of an appliance at Best Buy under the new Total Rewards program. When we signed up, we were excited and promised a great level of support for as long as we kept the program active. Delivery and removal were free and all was going well. We proceeded to purchase more items until Best Buy literally gutted the value of the Total Rewards program. In the spring of 2024, about fifteen months after purchase we started getting the dreaded F9 error code. We started researching and then finally made the call to get repaired. At that time we were placed on a waiting list and about sixty days later finally got service. It was determined to replace main board and igniter. A few weeks later, the parts arrived but the igniter was broken. Another igniter was ordered but did not show until Jan of 25. This means no oven for over six months. It was at this time that I learned that the warranty did expire and that basically Total Rewards is a Total Joke. I guess you can opt in to pay more each month to continue coverage. Three months after replacing the parts the oven started F9 again. After limping along with partial oven operation it completely failed. I tried to get Best Buy to honor their service and or part with no luck. Overall, this was a learning experience with the LG oven (search LG F9) and Best Buy Total Rewards. One more aside is that the 800 number you call for Total Rewards is absolute garbage. In their words, the foreign based person you are talking to is the absolute authority and their is literally no one above them with more power, not even the president of Best Buy. My only path to resolution was to pay them another $100 to come out and honor their parts/service. If you are looking for an oven I would definitely pass on this LG. If you decide to buy any appliance at Best Buy, I would skip Total Rewards and either go with manufacturer or build good relationship with local appliance repair.

I like my new stove except for the storage drawer. It is cheaply made and hard to slide in and out. Have contacted LG twice. Apparently, there isn't "nothing wrong" with it. The drawer is just cheaply made. We have a lot of LG products but have really been disappointed with this and with customer service.
