Beautiful stove, works well and looks very nice, my husband loves it! Delivery and set up was done quickly with no issues, guys did good.

I've only had this oven for about 2 weeks, but it's great and the blue inside is so pretty! I love the grill that goes on the middle long burner, and the fact that it has an air fryer option!

Absolutely love this stove. Has everything I want and need. Love the air fry oven feature as well as the grill on the stovetop.

This was first purchase of an appliance at Best Buy under the new Total Rewards program. When we signed up, we were excited and promised a great level of support for as long as we kept the program active. Delivery and removal were free and all was going well. We proceeded to purchase more items until Best Buy literally gutted the value of the Total Rewards program. In the spring of 2024, about fifteen months after purchase we started getting the dreaded F9 error code. We started researching and then finally made the call to get repaired. At that time we were placed on a waiting list and about sixty days later finally got service. It was determined to replace main board and igniter. A few weeks later, the parts arrived but the igniter was broken. Another igniter was ordered but did not show until Jan of 25. This means no oven for over six months. It was at this time that I learned that the warranty did expire and that basically Total Rewards is a Total Joke. I guess you can opt in to pay more each month to continue coverage. Three months after replacing the parts the oven started F9 again. After limping along with partial oven operation it completely failed. I tried to get Best Buy to honor their service and or part with no luck. Overall, this was a learning experience with the LG oven (search LG F9) and Best Buy Total Rewards. One more aside is that the 800 number you call for Total Rewards is absolute garbage. In their words, the foreign based person you are talking to is the absolute authority and their is literally no one above them with more power, not even the president of Best Buy. My only path to resolution was to pay them another $100 to come out and honor their parts/service. If you are looking for an oven I would definitely pass on this LG. If you decide to buy any appliance at Best Buy, I would skip Total Rewards and either go with manufacturer or build good relationship with local appliance repair.

Many funtions and ease of use. Great value. Style is nice.

Doesn't have a number pad. Requires buying literally the exact same oven that is $250 more to get an actual number pad. However, there is an empty space where a number pad could go. So I am left with this big blank black space on the back plate. I am left hitting plus and minus buttons to increase the timer and or the temperature. Very frustrating. Other than that it is a beautiful oven and it bakes and cooks well and evenly. I like the chimes from the timer. Also, it stated that it works with Alexa but I cannot get it synced with my smart home network for the life of me.

Easy to clean nice to start remotely!!! Love it and encourage anyone to buy it.

Love My New Oven, haven't cooked on Gas in Many years and so glad I decided to give it another try. The Oven itself is great, I love all the features that we got with this stove.

Love this stove. The only issue is i had to call tech a few times to tighten the left front burner. After 4 times, it works at last.

I have had this appliance for less than a month and so far i enjoy it. I have to relearn how to cook with gas versus electricity I also have to learn how to maneuver my pots and pans so that they stay on the grate evenly compared to the older model gas stoves. I haven't really owned it long enough to give the Brand and Model a proper review. The style looks professional and has given my kitchen a "botox" lift

This works great and is easy to use. I would definitely recomend this to friends/family. It looks great and works great.

The best idea ever is combining an oven with an air fryer. It makes for an easy time to air fry a single batch of food instead of having to air fry multiple batches in my smaller air fryer.

This range works so well, both the stove and in the oven, convection baking, and air fry's in the oven, and looks good, the 5 different burners on top for anything your heating or cooking,

I really love the flexibility in this range, from different burner sizes to an air fry/convection oven. I am not impressed with the grates over the burners, as they are not easy to clean.

I love this stove! I am really impressed with the smart thinq settings. i was able to turn on my oven from my job and control the temperature. I am NOT impressed though with the cook top, i noticed that when i cooked and some of the cooking oil fell on the cook top itself, the paint started to chip.. maybe its a porcelain.. ? other than that im am more than satisfied with my purchase
