I've not had this unit long, but have to say I would not recommend it based on my experience so far. It is cheaply made and looks old even after a month or so of use. If I could have found a better oven in stock to replace my GE Profile that was too old to find replacements parts (or better yet, just the replacement parts), I would have done that. I don't have deep counters, so that limited my options. Issues with this one? Keeping the top clean. Bought a custom mat for stove top to help. The grates are very hard to keep clean. The very small storage drawer made it necessary to find another place for pans. It has no handle and is difficult to slide in and out (slides off track). If I set temp for 350, I want 350, not 325. Why should I have to read the manual to get an adjustment for it's "smart settings" that lower the temp that make my cooking LESS reliable? I purchased the air fryer, which I like, but purchased air fryer liners to minimize the clean up time. Materials for knobs and most of the range are poor quality. I am very disappointed.

This gas range is great! The air fryer is amazing and much easier to use than bringing out other appliances. This does seem to cook hot but could be learning curve from prior appiance.

Love my stove. I use all the features and my most favorite is the built in air fryer. Makes my life and cleanup so much easier. I also got the Geek Squad warranty with it and they have been super great when issues have came up. I won’t ever not get the extended warranty because that’s the whole reason I shop at BestBuy.

I haven't used it too much but I'm beginning my holiday cooking and baking so it will get a workout! I haven't used the air-fry option but the basket arrived this week so that's something new. The grates are heavy and the griddle prevents large pans from centering on the flame unless you remove it. When you remove it, where do you put it? I'm enjoy the stove over all but it's been less than a month. The storage drawer on the bottom is pretty handy for large baking sheets.

Received after Thanksgiving, Been happy with it so far! Oven spot on temp! Airfry works great, but quite messy with wings! Splatters! Watch out for greasy food to airfry. Had to buy the tray thru 3rd party but glad I did. Self clean works wonders though!! Oven works great and I like the 3 racks. Instaview is nothing special, helps not having to open it up to see how your food is but one can just turn the light on and off to see in the oven. Only complaint, the stove top burners could be spaced out more, but that would lead to safety issue. Still getting used to the burners, they do put out the heat!!! Grate is a little rough on pots, just can't slide them over easily. Cleanup on the stovetop is a task though. Not a deal breaker but requires a little effort. Again, getting use to the burners settings to cut back on splatters. Haven't use the griddle yet. Hesitant to try bacon... Might want to throw some foil on either side, if not using other burners, to assist in cleanup of splatters. But I will give it a go soon. Overall, very happy with it.

We've had this range for just over 2 years and up until recently have been pretty happy with it. Within the last month, the digital clock/timer has stopped displaying part of a number. Based on past experience, we expected around 5 years before the range might need any repairs, so we didn't purchase the extended warranty. LG only warrantees for 1 year, so if we want it fixed, it will cost around $175+ just for the part - that doesn't include installation. Apparently this isn't an isolated issue, but after reaching out, LG won't do anything. So if you decide to purchase, I recommend getting an extended warranty - it's cheaper than the replacement parts! Do your research, there may be better products out there! Ugh!

Solid appliance and love the range. Controls are solid and easy to dial in. Options for the stove are great and easy to use. The air fryer option is worth the extra $200. Works awesome. Don’t have the basket rack yet but will be looking at ordering soon. People snicker at the instaview option but it does come in handy. Not having to reach across the range for the light is so much safer. Worth the money. Would recommend this product to others.

This LG gas range has performed excellently. We’ve only had it for approximately 4 weeks but it far exceeds the Samsung it replaced. Installation was quick and start up was easy. The features make cooking fun a as nd the air frying setting is great even without the special rack. It easily connects to WiFi and provides info on operations, cooking time and cleaning reminders. Worth the price and I highly recommend this LG.

Excellent stove. Love the convection oven and the air fryer feature. The power boil on the front right burner really helps to heat large volumes of water much more quickly than our former gas range. The display is easy to read the top is easy to clean. The only minor drawback is the griddle does not heat as evenly as our past gas range griddle. Cooking pancakes requires that you pour batter near the center of the griddle and not toward either end.

Love it! Air fry and convection abilities are awesome! Knock to view feature is cute/cool. Quality, other than how easily the stainless steel can dent is the only negative point, but this is not only an LG problem; it seems that this is an industry issue.

I love my LG oven. It is a beautiful appliance. It works better and faster than any other oven I've ever owned. I love the different burners, the beautiful cobalt interior, the 3 oven racks, the middle griddle, the ease of cleaning. I haven't yet tried the air fryer yet but I will very soon.

Bought this stove in December. It's beautiful, easy to use, well made, and cooks great. The only disappointment is the storage drawer at the bottom. It is surprisingly cheaply made - much thinner material, doesn't glide well at all, gets stuck easily, and will only fit one pan. Otherwise, I love it.

I like the UltraHeat feature w/20,000 BTU allowing you to cook in less time saving you gas, money and time. Nice control panel w/big clock numbers. Also, like the middle burner for oval cookware and using included grill accessory for indoor BBQ. Easy to clean and it looks elegant and modern matching all my LG kitchen appliances. Last but not least, InstantView is a nice feature on both my freestanding gas range and refrigerator, allowing me to turn on the light by knocking twice the appliance’s glass. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my LG gas range purchase. However, wish LG could include the air fryer basket accessory since it is another great feature of this gas range model. Delivery and installation by Grosny (Best Buy Delivery) was smooth since he was very professional, courteous and friendly.

Good looking and does a very good job. Everything that we have used on it so far worked very well and easy to use. Had to read the instructions a couple of times, but that was because this range is so much newer in features than are old plane one. More bells and whistles.

I was looking to update the kitchen appliances and took a chance with this beauty. The controls are easy to use and the added air fryer is a bonus. The oven heats up quickly and the stove top burners are powerful. While it has only been a week, I am extremely pleased with this purchase.

I have only had this range for 2 weeks,but I really like it. I airfryed some pork chops and they came out really juicy . The oven doesn`t take as long to preheat as my old stove did. I really think it stinks that the air fry basket doesn`t come with it though.

This range looks wonderful in my kitchen and works so well. I use the stovetop often and like the various sized burners. The oven cooks well and evenly. The instaview is nice.

Fantastic range. Bakes evenly and accurately, which is why I replaced my old Samsung. Convenience features are nice - InstaView window is my favorite. I have not used the griddle yet, still need to season it. I was curious about seasoning it, and did an internet search. I'm surprised the owners manual doesn't say anything about it. I tried the EasyClean feature, and it may be easy clean for someone more spry than me. You have to reach in to the oven and scrub, it takes a bit of work. I haven't tried the self clean, but assume I'll just need to wipe away ash, no scrubbing required. I got a good deal with Best Buy, and got a price match too. Very good value. I have not connected the range to the internet - I am concerned that my two LG TVs, range and refrigerator will conspire against me if they are all connected to the same network ;-)
