Too techie for a senior citizen who is not a geek.

Geek Squad set up was very good except it was not compatible with wireless head phones we use. We went back to the store and received no help that worked from any staff member. Thank God I have a son in law who could figure out how to convert digital signal to analog signal. He made a couple of changes to the set up, picked up some type of cable and got us set up. We did not need 2 converter boxes that your in house staff said we needed. He helped us work through the audio issues when your staff could not. Great TV, poor in store support and assistance.
