This was a good tv to buy during Black Friday. Wouldn't pay retail price.

Lucky me, I purchased the set with a defective screen. Great picture except for the warped distortion on the bottom right to center of screen. where's the quality control? on phone between LG and Best Buy to remedy the problem. BB can't ship another one for exchange and they can't ship same model to store closest to me so I'll repack it and bring it back. I'll purchase my next one on Amazon.

i am currently waiting my 4th visit from LG to fix this piece of junk. Bought the tv on 3/2/17, called Best Buy on 4/10/17 to see what the warranty is and they told me to call LG. Screen keeps going black, sound works but picture doesnt. The first visit the tech didnt even stop by so i took off for nothing. Had to order parts (motherboard and supply board). Parts come in next day and scheduled a visit the day after. When the tech shows up he only replaces the mother board and the tv comes on. Get home from work and the tv is going right back to black screen. Call them back and he stops by today and he replaced the supply board and it's still happening. He tried saying that the devices that are plugged into the tv may be bad and it's draining from the tv and I said they aren't even plugged in now and it's still messing up. Also it's a brand new Xbox so I know it's not the hdmi cord. Then he checked for an update and we are not on the current version and that MAY be what's wrong. He didn't have his computer so I'm downloading the update now at work then I have to plug it in when I get home to update it to see if that's it. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Calling the call center for LG is useless.

Our console TV of 36 years died recently so it was time to update to the latest technology. I am in Heaven. This tv is awesome with Great picture quality. We already had a smaller LG flat screen and we are very happy with their products.
