Needed a new relatively inexpensive 4K Smart TV for guest room without cable connection. Excellent picture but must viewed straight on or washes out fairly quickly. With most of the key apps [Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc] and built in WiFi & Bluetooth. It was a perfect addition.

I initially went in to get a smaller screen and a lesser model. I came across this screen for $399.. insanely inexpensive for the extra TV I wanted in my office. Blue tooth speaker connection, Free Channels on top of a beautiful 4k screen. Love this thing.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with this TV. I bought it on a tight budget to replace a previous unit which had been busted up by a little one. It’s an excellent value for what I paid. The image quality is great. There are plenty of inputs (which is a must for me) and it comes with a lot of cool Smart TV features for the price point. There are, however, a few things I would like to point out about the model based upon my initial experience. I’m putting the TV on top of a Pioneer Speaker base unit. The previous TV had no issue fitting on it since it used a center stand. Most newer TVs like this now use two leg stands on the far edges. My speaker base is not long enough for the factory stands to reach so I had to buy a table top swivel mount. When installing the mount, many of the inputs on the back of the TV were obscured. I had to mount the TV slightly off center to allow access to most of the inputs but I still could not open enough space to use the Optical Audio jack forcing me to use Bluetooth to connect my speaker base to the TV (not ideal). I can probably fix the issue with a new mounting unit in the future so this is just a temporary annoyance I’ll have to live with. The set-up and interface of the TV are very easy to use. I wasn’t very impressed with many of the factory installed picture settings though. The “Sports” option seems poorly tuned. I usually just use the “Standard” option with only one modification, turning off Tru-Motion to eliminate that annoying “Soap Opera” effect.

Great TV. I'm very happy with this purchase and I was surprised to learn that another 50 dollars was knocked off the price after it was already reduced 100 dollars. I dealt with a great guy at the Algonquin IL location and I'll definitely be back for more purchases there. The TV has a beautiful picture and great features. For me, the bluetooth capability was the deciding factor in buying this TV but it also plays all my 4k video files with no problem, unlike the Samsung this TV replaced, so that is a big bonus for me. One negative, this is not an IPS panel so the picture quality drops when not viewing ti dead center.

The LG 50" class smart TV has awesome picture. It is light weight and inexpensive. If you are looking for something nice and don't want to spend alot of money then this is the television for you.

This tv is very nice! The picture is beautiful and the sound is perfect. I dont think you could get a nicer tv at this price! Very easy to use and is definitly worth the price!

Purchased this TV to use as a monitor for office work. Does 4:4:4: chroma, great picture from straight on at the correct distance. I use the monitor for office work (using a screen splitting app), and at my viewing distance the corners appear dimmer. NOTE: This is a VA panel while the rest of the UK6300 series uses IPS panels. To me, the trade-off of viewing angles (better with IPS) and picture quality (better blacks/contrast with VA) drove me to the 50", and I'm satisfied with the decision.

I used to be a Samsung TV person until I recently purchased my first LG TV... which was the 65" OLED TV. I was go impressed with that TV I decided to purchase this TV for a bedroom. I figured, for a bedroom, a 50" 4K would fit the bill. I was right. It's the perfect size and the picture is still amazing. I love all the apps on the TV and it's extremely user-friendly to set up and use.

This tv has turned out to be precisely what I hoped it would. I was specifically looking for a screen large enough to look good on the living room wall, with good performance, at a mid-level price. This tv works great for my needs, it was an easy set up out of the box, and it works for all the streaming I do. I would categorize the picture quality as mid-range, which makes sense for the price. The gaming I do is simple, cartoony stuff, and I don't need the highest quality picture for my everyday tv watching. I've used this daily for two months now, and there have been no issues. All in all, it was just what I needed.

Love the smart feature, tv was light to carry and install, picture is the best I ever had. My only negative is it's a bit bulky

When I was looking for a new TV, I went to Best Buy and was planning to purchase a slightly less expensive model. The salesman convinced to spend a little more and get a better TV. All the brands sell large 4K TV's for a reasonable price. They might be fine. Sometimes it is worth paying a little more for quality. I think the extra $80 I spent to get this TV was worth it. For the past two years, this has been a great TV for our family.

Bought two of these, one for garage and one for exercise room. Love the easy setup, smart tv features, Bluetooth and the great picture!

This TV is a great standard 4K with great picture quality for a great and reasonable price. We bought this to replace our previous 1040p LG television of about the same size that we purchased over five years ago; and which we only had to replace due to a lightning strike. We are very happy with the LG products and this was a good replacement for the one we already had.

Responds fast, picture is awesome. Tv is lightweight. Biggest draw back is lack of available apps otherwise it’s near perfect.

I was going to buy a Samsung TV since I had one that I really liked. Talked with a sales clerk at Best Buy to find out about LG. Told me that LG had a better reputation than Samsung. More customers were satisfied when they bought LG. I knew that LG was a good brand because I own other LG products, and they have lasted a long time without any problems. My LG TV has a great picture and easy to setup. I would recommend this to a friend.

Got this tv to put in our living room and it looks great. Bluetooth output works well to connect to speakers, but sometimes the sound does not quite sync (not sure if it’s the TV or the Sony speakers). The search function works well. Was able to look up a movie I wanted to watch and the tv told me which app it was in. Would recommend this, but make sure you mount it on the wall as the feet on it are not very stable.

Purchased as a replacement TV that we don't use as our primary. Wanted a 4K smart TV without breaking the bank. Our primary TV is also an LG and the picture quality of that set was one of the reasons I chose another LG. This TV has a fantastic picture and all of the features I was looking for at a very reasonable price. Very satisfied!!

Still learning as this is my first smart tv but really like what I’ve learned so far. Great tv picture and sound and couldn’t beat the price in my book. Usually shop the info on the internet but was able to learn a lot from the tech that helped with my purchase. I’ll definitely be back for my next purchase. Hope LG serves me as well.

I bought a Toshiba that went on the fritz after only two years. I spent hours looking for a new TV and came upon this LG. It was delivered in two days and it was very easy to set up. It took a bit of time to get used to the new 4K images, but now I'm so very pleased. It was at a great price, too. Hopefully, this TV will last alot longer than its predecessor.
