    I was very unsatisfied with the quality of the picture. I was very satisfied with Best Buy's return - exchange. I purchased the TV as a gift for my sister. She lives in Deerfield Beach FL. You were unable to deliver it so I took it down to her. Being unhappy with the TV, BB in FL was willing to make an exchange. Now have a Samsung 7000, very satisfied. Thank you I would not recommend the LG Yes to the Samsung
