Best Buy Sucks

Whoever designed it must never leave their mother's basement or put down the video game controller. The store itself (Best Buy) is a joke. If you have any issues, they give you a number to call and guess where you end up??? India, and we all know how helpful they are. Buy somewhere, anywhere else but Best Buy.

Do Not Buy.

Picture quality not good. Returned it because I could not longer deal with it after 3 days. Also had to return the first one I purchased because the speaker on the right side of the TV came broken with no sound out of the box. I wanted to like this TV so bad.

I hope you dont actuall plan to watch anything

It artifacts everywhere giving a blury and pixelated image. Dont even get me started on lgs webos bull. It bearly works and breaks constantly. Do not recomend at all

Very disappointed.

They were closed for technical reasons. So I went to the Muldoon store. I spoke with an associate saying I'd like to purchase a TV, he said he will be right back. After waiting 45 minutes for him to return I went over to the back wall and just picked out a 50inch TV. the TV was not on display and the one that I wanted was not on the back wall with the other TV's. I drug the TV to the front counter to pay. Pass an associate that didn't offer to help in any way. When I got home I was not happy with the TV. I had to fly a plane and catch a boat to make it to my rural home. I had a 43" TV that I gave a way and I liked the quality so much better than this LG. You have to download and log into the LG app to get the TV up and running. It wasn't an easy process.

Disappointing Quality

It has to be completely set-up again. The resolution is just fair. I’m returning it.

Great products for LG, but I had to return this on

I have two other LG TVs and never had a problem with them. This one; however, the picture's background images were a bit "blurry" [so much so, my head would begin to make me feel dizzy} and after trying every adjustment, I couldn't get eliminate the blurr.

Poor customer Service

TV had issues since day 1 and LG never bothered to fix them, claiming it is not covered under warranty. Have bought many LG TVs but now switching to Sony or Samsung.
