The most frustrating part was the setup, it took forever because the tv kept disconnecting from my phone and the manual set up kept failing. Eventually i got it set up after about 2 hours of trying. After that the TV operating system is super laggy and the picture quality is not great compared to my old samsung. I returned this tv 2 days later for a Sony.

Only gripe is the Bluetooth connectivity. If you plan to use headphones connected to Bluetooth, in my case Air Pods Pros, be aware that the connection is pretty bad. When watching with Bluetooth headphones the audio will frequently drop/cut out and becomes so frustrating you just switch to normal speakers. Nice TV, but if you are like me and really want to watch TV through headphones you might want to look else where.

This is also an exchange as the first one I ordered came defected with a horrible picture and obscenely slow! Slower than the new one which is way better but still is a little slow. To note, as well, they put my defected return back onto the floor to sell as an open box, as if there were no issues with the TV. Bad move BestBuy, bad move.
