The first one was delivered by UPS and it TV was damaged. In store exchange was quick and easy. On to the TV itself ; excellent picture for the price and super light in weight to mount on the wall. LG User Interface is much better and smoother than Samsungs and Sony's. The only thing I will say is the blacks are not as good as the higher end model, but since I am using this at a business establishment, the rooms are never dark enough to notice.

This is a great TV for people who don’t have a lot of money but wanted a smart TV with all the features. The picture is wonderful, the sound quality is good, and it is easy to operate the remote. It is lightweight yet sturdy on its stand.

Great price, easy to install, and easy to set-up services. Picture quality is pretty good and the screen is considerably lighter in weight than older LG models if you're looking to upgrade. Overall great value for the price.

I’m not an expert on TVs but I love the picture, sound, and smart features of this TV. The worst part is having to type with the remote arrows but that’s the same with all smart TVs as far as I know. I wish the buttons were a little bigger for my goofy thumbs but oh well. I was worried about the size and price (50” and $350 as I recall) but they were perfectly worth it. 50” does not look very big on a living room wall by the way. It’s reasonably easy to figure out the smart features. It’s really easy to download and update apps. I love that I don’t need an account to get apps. I think the TV sounds pretty good. It’s worth streaming music to it. The picture is really clear and it adequately “scales up” lower quality videos, I think. I’m very satisfied.

This is our first 4K tv. I / my wife and I are very humble people, so we never thought to buy a 4K tv because our older flat screen was working fine. However, my wife is an old school gamer girl, so when she received a new gaming console, I knew I had to provide her with the best experience I could with a 4K tv. The LG UHD TV did not disappoint. We are very happy with our purchase. The clarity of images / video / gaming, etc. are all far better than we ever imagined. The integrated "smart" features are a big plus, which allowed us to eliminate former add on devices used to access web content on our older TV... I am rarely 100% satisfied with larger purchases, but I am very happy to have bought this TV set.

I found this to be a great deal. You get a good tv at a great price. The picture is not as great as the high end TVs but I don’t expect it to be. The picture quality is very good though and I find LG’s menu layouts to be fairly intuitive and easy to navigate. Overall, I am happy so far with my purchase. The only frustration I’ve had so far is that I can’t seem to find a Bluetooth menu option anywhere. I’m trying to connect the TV audio to a Bluetooth amp that powers some old wired Bose speakers but now I’m questioning if this tv even has Bluetooth capabilities. Aside from that, I like the tv a lot.

We got 2 TV's during the holiday season, one was a 55 inch bargain brand TV for the living room that boasted HDR and a 4k picture. The picture on the LG is leaps and bounds better. The colors are beautiful, it is TRUE 4k and HDR. It cost about a hundred dollars more than the bargain brand we got for the living room, and it is worth the extra hundred dollars. You don't need a Bluetooth remote, honestly. It connects just fine with your phone when you download the LG thinq app and you can use it similarly to the Bluetooth remote on their 7300 series. Don't sleep on this one. You won't be disappointed. I've never watched more TV in my life.

Excellent value and great picture especially considering the price. Once the settings have been personalized (you can find good resources online for recommended settings) the colors are natural and the picture super clear. I paired the TV with a Bose Smart Soundbar to make a clean install. The TV has many streaming services inbuilt such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu and even AppleTV. That allowed me to remove all the tech "clutter", simplifying my set up to the TV, the DirectTV box (wall mounted behind the TV and the Soundbar. The LG has hundreds of apps available and I am only just discovering what it can do. Very happy with my purchase

    LG TV for Outdoor Use

I bought this TV to use outside and am giving it 5 stars based on the overall value and ease of use. Connecting the TV to the internet and signing into the various apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) was very easy. The picture quality was a pleasant surprise, as I have not purchased LG TVs in the past. It was bright enough for use outdoors, dispalyed a vibrant picture, and has a number of different picture settings to utilize. I was concerned about the need for some of sort of external speakers, but so far the sound from the TV has been sufficient, if not more than enough. Overall, this was so far an excellent puchase.

LG has been producing some very good LED TV's in the 45-65 inch range and this UN7000 series unit is no exception. It exhibits vivid and dynamic colors, high contrast with deep blacks and performs well with fast action programs including sports. Perhaps one minor limitation is viewing angle as image quality does start to drop off as one increases the viewing angle which has been less noticeable with the 55" unit set up in our living room than with the 50" unit we mounted in our dining/kitchen area when viewing from behind the island when working in the kitchen. Overall a very good value and excellent TV for general viewing purposes. I would recommend both the 50" and 55" versions.

Very good picture quality for this low priced ($319) entry level 50” LED UHD TV. Hard to believe the price/value/quality. This is a great low cost second or third TV. Only thing preventing a 5th star is that the feet that come with this TV are so cheap and poorly made, one of them snapped off the post that connects the foot to the TV while shifting the position of the TV.. So they are basically useless. But this is easily solved with a table top swivel stand (Many available from $30 and up) if wall mount is not for you.
