I bought this tv after accidentally breaking an LG 50 in tv that wasn’t a smart tv. I’m almost glad I broke it cause this smart tv has all the latest apps. Excellent value and great quality.

Great value. Bought 50" 4K smart TV from LG for $280 ! Picture is excellent; sound is fair. Full range of online apps available from the LG store.

Good, but room for improvement. First let’s start with the good. It’s a great tv. Easy to set up, plug in and enter your info and your off to relaxation. Great picture quality, sounds good, and I love the digital TV guide. Lots of channels it picks up that you can’t pick up with rabbit ears. The bad, considering this is about a few days in, the TV and Alexa don’t work. I was expecting Alexa to work with it, but maybe that’s an expectations error. The second was a problem registering it with the LG ThinQ app. It took a good part of 2 days getting it registered. Not sure if the server was overloaded, but it shouldn’t take that log. Last thing, still can’t work is the Airplay. Sends the code and then times out. I have tried this repeatedly and alas an Apple TV is better for Airplay.

This is my 2nd LG television purchase...I bought a 75" about a year ago & was very pleased with the vivid color & sharpness. The 50" is also an excellent choice for price vs quality.

We are not audiophiles or video professionals, but this seems to have a nice picture and sound. Easy to set up. Looks nice on the wall. Built-in apps are convenient. No problems.

I've only had the tv for a week and it works well. i think its great for the price, my iphone pairs up to the tv just fine. It seems like it would be a good tv for gaming as well. Tv is light weight as well. i also paired it with an lg sound bar and i love the setup.

WOW!!!! There must be a new version coming out because Best Buy had this marked down as if it were on clearance. Great picture, great sound for out of the box, and easy to use menu.

My grandmother has been using a Sony TV in her room since 2007. It was 720p and you could just see the lack of clarity in the screen compared to other TVs in the house. LG is a brand I trust so I wanted to make sure we got her an LG for her room and this TV has not disappointed. She leaves the TV on almost 24 hours per day and has picked up on using the menu of it very fast. The webOS system was easy for her to learn and that was something I was afraid of being a problem with other TVs that using AndroidOS. She was able to see the difference in picture quality and has loved her new TV so that makes it a great buy in my eye.

Love this TV. Excellent picture quality and very easy to navigate apps since remote is very simple to use. Great value and highly recommended.

Great overall tv, good picture, sound and quality for the price

Bought tv to replace my old lg tv when the hdmi port went bad. I will say this is was a great replacement. The color is great and easy setup. I love the extra features and apps.

Very bright and easy setup! The legs of setting up for a table-top unit, they are a little bit flimsy causing unit to wobble.

Good Tv for the price. Doesn’t have chrome cast but good for Apple users because of Apple mirroring. Great Picture quality. Got it on sale for right under 300$ which is a deal!

Great picture quality, especially for the price. Really easy set up and some nice design touches like a plug that you don’t need to contort to put it flatly in the socket.

Great TV but it doesn't have Bluetooth. I like the picture quality and the LG channels that can be accessed with a LG set.

Love the picture, Easy to set up, Tons of built in programming. Enough that I ditched my 100. Direct tv bill. I think its my go to main house tv for quite a while!!!

Amazing price for the 50" 4K Smart TV from a good brand like LG. Great price during the Black Friday. No need to go to those other unknown brands when LG priced the same!

Solid budget TV, color are pretty good. Pretty nice upgrade from a 1080p TV. Stand can be a little wobbly but no problems if you are not moving it.

Clear picture even without cable. Excellent t quality. I bought the antenna from Best Buy. Great extended channels beyond the local ones. Worthwhile investment.
