Also, the installer that came and installed it and showed us how to use it was very knowledgeable! You may say, why did he need to show them how to turn on the tv, but this LED 4k UHD Smart webOS TV is smarter and has a lot more to offer than we old folks know how to use! :0)

Good picture, lousy OS

Operating System is extremely slow which makes it cumbersome to navigate. Struggles at times to maintain a good wifi connection and when it loses connection it forces you to re-enter the password again to access wifi. Next purchase will be back to a Samsung.

The Challenge Of Initial Set-Up

We found the initial set-up process more challenging, particularly in locating the start point. Locating instrucctions to re-do the process if you adjust an antenna is another challenge. Good picdture and sound quality, but LG could put some effort in simplifying the initial set-up process

Needed new Tv

Stuck on whether to stay at 43” or go bigger, so when I went to store and saw floor model of 50” decided within seconds that 50” was way to go and glad. Great experience with tv regarding quality and all the new features.
